Best value for a basher truck out there, in my opinion. I have 2 of the 550 Mega brushed and 2 of the 3s blx brushless. The 3s is so much fun! I haven't broken anything yet, but did burn up a few of the brushed motors, as they get hot and dirt and dust can get in the motor. The 3s with the wheelie bar is so much fun!
I just uploaded a vid I'll have to do another just learning video and youtube uploading. Got my senton mega conversion only upgrades are, surpass hobby 3660 3300kv, esc is hobby wing 120a, 3s battery, and slotted spot for spur gear has stock spur and 24t pinion and braking 30% and punch setting 9. I can ride a wheelie half way down my short road and it gets about 40ish burnt up 2 sets of senton mega tires in 2 weeks lol but she's fast I will be upgrading to blx internals soon. But they're holding so far love your vids Monday or Tuesday I'm getting a new rc. Just not sure what yet. I want 4s or above. Gotta see what local hobby shop has. (They don't have alot) but I will be doing same conversion for my second senton. I did give my 2 12 year olds my sentons for them to bash now as those were my first. But my question is it cheaper to build a rc from rolling chasy or a rtr. I love the build part but I also wanna do a rtr and just charge a bat and put her in and go. I am a arrma guy kinda but would use or try others but major thing is I already own arrmas and they are interchangable and compatible on most parts.
@@xxg0t3mxx is it? I have both and the green body is the 3s blx brushless. Red and blue is 2s mega and 3s blx have green and red (color is on opposite sides of the body compared to the mega version). I own all 4.
@@leetjohnson I have a blue and red mega my blue has the 3s conversion. And red will soon enough. They are great trucks for a swb I just got the kraton 6s my first lwb and love it.
IC5’s are better than XT90’s. They hold better and perform the same. Mine never come apart. Watch Kevin T - he is switching over all his batteries and cars to IC5’s.
Thank you for all the part numbers! This is my next upgrade on my granite 4x4 blx v3... Shocks were my first upgrade.
Are you needing wheel axles also, or what's your main reason, and which shocks did you use

Why did you upgrade? I keep bending the stock wheel axles And curious why you built the shafts instead of buying the premade ones

If you want to run that on 4s, check out rich duperbash video on his senton that he converted over to 4s. Seemed pretty easy to do.
