- In this video I’ll be doing an unboxing and seeing what’s in the Kelly Kettle Ultimate Scout Kit and exploring its contents.
The Ultimate Kit contains much more than just the kettle so exploring the contents of the kit should be helpful in deciding whether or not the additional items included in the kit would be of benefit to you.
If you are looking at an Ultimate Base Camp Kit or an Ultimate Trekker Kit this video will be useful as the kits have the same contents.

I think this is an awesome bit of kit. How long does it take for a cup of coffee?
Hi. Thanks for asking. I’ve used the kettle a few times now, mostly to boil water for coffee! To be honest it does vary depending on how dry the wood is. I’ve used wood off the floor which was a little damp and smoked, this took longer to boil than dry wood. The best result I’ve had so far was using small pine cones, I didn’t time it but the Kettle was boiling in no time at all 😊
