I have a 2019 Honda accord sport 1.5L same color as the one in the video, do I need to get a 2018 Honda accord EX key fob and just get that programmed and it should work ?

Just buy a ex fob for 2018-2022 accord and get program at your local locksmith. remote start will work and engine won't shut off when doors open.

That can change based on market values, supply chain, inflation and all that crazy mess.

I have the 2022 sport but it doesn't turn on like that😅
