    Thank you for your light! Seriously! I’m in the trenches of two kids, one toddler and a four month old and it is HARD for me right now. Connecting with you as a mother in postpartum is refreshing and life giving. Thank you for sharing your testimony of knowing that with gods grace we as mothers are infinitely more capable!

      Thanks for sharing all of this, Beth! That 2 Cor 12:9 was a literal lifeline for me in those first few months. Could you share how you make an iced matcha latte? Do you add sweetener? Idk how it works 😂

    We have a 2 year old and a newborn and it's hard to find time for the 2 of us or just do something as a family with our other family members who don't have children or have 8-10 years old children. It must be very chaotic for you and you must be very tired but I can just imagine them being like 3-5 years old and playing together and having so much fun. It's the hardest it's ever going to be for you. It's all worth it when you watch them grow and be friends

      That perspective is so helpful for me as a mom too! It's only going to get easier! And yet, I know I will look back and miss these days with a 1-year-old, a 2-year-old and a 5-week-old

    I definitely needed this video. Same age gaps as your kiddos, our third will be here in 2 months. I’ve been so SO anxious about how things will go postpartum - but seeing you so calm and confident in the Lord just refreshed my soul. ♥️

      SAME!! I just had my third (also three under three) and I had waaaay more anxiety about everything this time. It was a good opportunity to practice submitting my worries to God!

    I am in the trenches of the first trimester with no. 2 at the moment and my little girl has been so sweet and honestly makes resting so easy( as easy as a toddler can) but I definitely wonder how I am going to do this the number of times we hope to with the number of kids we want 😂 but then I remember how much I loved being pregnant once I left the first trimester and I’m hanging on to that and looking forward to the newborn bubble while still trying to soak up my daughter while its just the two of us! Your videos are always such a good reminder that seasons are just seasons!

      Girl I’m on 3rd trimester of baby #3. I have a 4year old and a 3 year old and it’s HARD!! First trimester was also really hard. But I keep looking into the future and know that it’s just a season of hardships but we will be a family together forever! My kids absolutely adore this pregnancy and kiss my belly, ask about baby, and they help me around the house (as much as kids can haha) I know they’re gonna adore this baby and we will be out of our trenches soon!!

    I was the same way about my first baby with not holding him enough and now feeling badly about it. I held my second and third a lot more. It is beautiful what you said about how you are getting through things due to your relationship with Jesus. That's wonderful.

    Completely agree, a good carrier with 2 under 2 is a MUST! I have no idea what would I do without it. So, if you want to have your kids close in age, definitely find a good carrier

    I have the Mabe carrier too, and the bottom band is adjustable!! In the video it looks like you have it at the widest point. It can be in-velcro'd and scorched in and re-Velcro'd! Still might be tricky with a newborn but anyway try cinching it in! It really helps!

      @lexieb7053 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Was coming here to say the same thing. I bought this carrier after your first review and love it for my two week old. You can definitely adjust the width with the Velcro. It goes really small! I was able to get a perfect M position with it pretty much from day 1. This is my favourite newborn carrier I’ve ever had and I’ve tried a lot with my 5 kiddos. They have a good video on how to adjust it on their Instagram.

    Lovely video Beth, you just seem like such a sweet person, I know exactly what you mean about the heartbreak of her potentially being your last baby. I just had my “last” baby, she’s 3 months old. I have a 2.5 year old son also, I feel so lucky to have got my boy and my girl, I have a lot of reasons why I feel I need to close this chapter but I think my heart will always wonder about that third. My postpartum baby blues were very intensified by the idea of her being my last baby. On the other hand, I remember just before I got pregnant with my baby girl, I took some convincing to get pregnant again as I was content with my son and was enjoying things getting a bit easier. I have hope that that closure may come with time. I also worry about ensuring the children I do have get as much as attention from me as possible as they will eventually grow in to adults with their own lives and complexities (hopefully nothing too intense). Good luck with everything you seem to be doing amazing 💖

    My first two are 13 months apart and I totally agree with what you’re saying about them being so little that they’re more adaptable! Now my boys are 6 and 5 and baby boy #3 arrives any day now. I’m curious to see how the big brothers do! I’m hopeful but prepared for jealousy.

    The band on the carrier scrunches inwards for newborns :) you just have to un-Velcro the band and scrunch it smaller! Hope that helps ❤

    Like you, my first 2 are close in age and buddied up right away. It made having a 3rd really easy. We had our 4th with a bigger gap (not by choice) and it has been a lot harder because my 3rd was used to being the baby. We really wanted to give them a buddy like the first pair have, but it didn't happen and the 3rd and 4th are more at odds than we'd like. Long story short, I think it would be ideal to have two pairs close in age. Just my two cents!

      I did the same with my first and it breaks my heart still thinking about it 💔 I think it's just hard as a first time mom - so many of us deal with anxiety around sleep & schedules.. and some of us (like me) were told by close friends and family that sleep training was necessary 😢 it's been very different with #2 ❤️
