Bro this is exactly what I've been looking for bow I got my parts list and I'm gunna head to the junkyards this weekend to start my 5 lug swap on my da.
Hi there, I have 260mm disc brake 4x100 rear trailing arms can I do this conversion and reuse the 260mm caliper since they originally bolted on? Thanks watched the video 3 times but rather make sure than ordering parts as usual
Hey what's up? Club I'd on the check in try Chuck and Eddie's junk yard they have Madd Hondas!!!! The junk yard I mentioned is located in CT keep up the good work and good luck with the swap!
are the calipers that originally came off the trailing arms close to the itr? im thinking they will bolt up to the bracket and keep the bleeder screw facing up. just wondering because im trying to help my buddies son do a poor mans conversion on his db7
I honestly don’t think so. In all my research the two caliper options were ITR or RSX. The rotor is an RSX rotor. I know the ITR calipers the bleeder faces up but the RSX would mount with the bleeder down. I should have tried mounting up the calipers that came with the rear disc but they were super rusty and in bad shape I just tossed them. But yea I highly doubt they work. If so I’m sure they would have stated that you can reuse the calipers from rear disc conversion
@@Stateside_aristo I did see one post by someone that said the original calipers would work but that was awhile back yours is the most recent so I was hoping you still had them. Thanks for the info
Yes, you can use RSX calipers because they are cheaper and easier to find but the bleeder is on the wrong side and when it comes to bleeding the brakes, you will have to flip the caliper, but tiebar is the way to go if you can find them
I forgot to mention that. Go to rockauto.com and search for Integra calipers. They typeR will be listed under those. Make sure you select the ones with brackets!
Stopped caring what I look like or sound like also. Keep up the great work!! Can’t wait to see the end results
Yup that’s the best man no fxcks lol. Thank you brother much appreciated!

Haha thanks bro! Glad it could be of some help!
Nice videos, you got a new sub. People like you and me prove you don’t necessarily need a full snap on box or a lift to do great things

Awesome content Mike !! Making me want to redo my set up 😅😅
Hahaha thanks bro!
Which rear rotors?
What brake hoses did you use for the rear ? Were you able to use the factory brake hose bracket located on the back of the trailing arm?
What did you use for the front?

What rotors and calipers did you use . ? From what model
I’m building the exact same car but with a b series engine.
So integra type r caliper will bolt up to a 4 lug trailing arm? I was wondering why people was using rsx calipers

Did u use crv from bearing or integra?
the bearing doesn’t change… you’ll be fine using the CRV one..
