Thank you for making these videos! SUPER informative!! Could I ask, what caliper brackets, calipers, and rotors do you use front and rear after this is done? And, do you need to swap out to a different master cylinder and proportioning valve from stock, assuming the car is all-wheel disc to begin with?
Thank you man I appreciate that! Basically it’s 97-01 CRV spindles with rotor caliper and everything and then eg or Integra DC rear trailing arms with 97 5 lug prelude hub and remanufactured ITR calipers. Rotor is ITR or RSX for the rear. And then @honeddevelopments 32mm nut and washer kit for the trailing arm.
Ek3 Mike great work, just a quick one, I have b18 gsr front hubs with 282mm calipers, what parts do I need to do 5 lug swap? my axles are 32mm b series
@@charvlim5159 it won’t fit unless you run 36mm axles. I believe you may be able to press in a 32mm 5 lug hub from the civic TypeR. Someone on IG just told me they did that. But I have no experience with that since I swapped to 36mm axles. I’m running a Kswap.
97 CRV spindles with oem rotor and caliper. I myself had the spindles powder coated then put new hub bearings in and arp studs on the oem hubs. Mine came with no calipers so I got calipers from Rockauto. CRV caliper and rotor are identical to TypeR. Rears are - rear disc trailing arms from eg civic or dc2 Integra, unbolt the 32mm 4 lug spindle and Install 97 prelude 5 lug hub. New trailing arm bushing and ITR rotors and calipers

Great details on a poor man’s way to do this!
Thank you Sir!
From what vehicle did you get the 5 lug spindle and knuckles?
Waooo buen trabajo, impecable, muchas gracias
Yo your videos are very helpful much appreciated, you don't happen to have a parts list by any chance ?

Nice man😊
Hi, What axles did you use and recommend?
Your vids are so helpful man, thank you for sharing all this info. Do the stock civic axle work with this or would I need another kind?
Glad to help! No unfortunately the stock axles that come with the single cam cars wouldn’t work.
@@Stateside_aristo So what would work? I'm not sure if you've mentioned it or I just missed it sorry.
People use 02-04 rsx type s driver side and 06-11 Si passenger side cv axles for eks with 36mm hubs
what front brake calibers are you using??
What front calipers did you use?
BTW, what did you do with those phat 4 lug rims you showed before??
I sold them a while back!
@@Stateside_aristo damn! They were sweet!
Do both the crv gen 1 and the civic ek have same 32mm axel size? Wether if its a Sohc(D) or a DoHc(B) engine?..thanks!
CRV is 36mm
@@Stateside_aristo so hows the whole front end knuckle assembly going to fit my 32mm axel? Its the only missing piece to my puzzle ☹️ thanks!
