Replacement arrived!By the way, I did forget to mention that the original lure did have a decent strike however as most anglers will attest you can get a hit th-cam.com/users/postUgkxCbNOWAGmn6nfbCbJDmasvBq7J38KZNw2 and fish will hang on and release lure. I used the replacement lure yesterday and ran thru a Shimano Waxwing, Kastmaster, Bobber (set to sink). I found the does run deep (I casting on the flats 3.5'). Make sure you adjust your rate of retrieve and rod tip angle (up) to prevent getting snagged on bottom. Used it a couple of times and action was very lifelike (looked like local bait fish for trevally), craftsmanship very good....however eyeball fell out. I asked for replacement and it is on it's way! It was very easy to change out treble to single inline hook.
New to crappie fishing! There is a couple of small lakes close by where I live that have them just waiting for the ice to get a little thicker. Enjoyed the video and thanks for the tips.
I use to think jig fishing was a joke. Now i love to jig fish..iv had lots of luck with char green hot pink..im going to go buy more stuff...like yours and others
Longer close-ups of the lures on a white countertop for contrast would be a great way to shoot this. It breaks up the video so we're not just staring at you on the couch the whole time. It's about the lures, so make them stand out! Thanks for the vid!
I don’t really live in an area for Crappie, but I’ve caught plenty of Bluegill and Redear Sunfish. I’m a bit surprised that the Strike King Bitsy Minnow didn’t make the list, but I’m definitely going to use the lures in the video!
What about berkley gulp minnows. I slay on the 1 inch every evening. In the day I use the 2.5 inch, it also works. I try 6ft of depth and usually where there's structure or a drop in depth. I think it's the scent that helps.
Good stuff Dan. The tube and the marabou are great under a pencil bobber. I haven't ever tried the micro jig under a bobber just down the hole. This week has really warmed up here in Ohio so hopefully I can find some mushrooms and catch some Crappie to go with a cold IPA.
That would have been helpful if you would have taken the product out of the package so we could have gotten a better view of what you were talking about... Just sayin'
Also use examination gloves. With some people, the fish do not like the smell of q persons hands. So if you do anything, with bare hands, spray commercial scent that is used to attract the fish
Nice video I would like to share something with you all I do is crappie fish I have been using crappie kickers and go go minnows from the fle fly company and they are fish catching machines you really need to give those crappie kickers a try I promise you will love them Keep that line wet Kyslabhunter
Hi Wilie, thanks for checking out my course. Recently I Stitched shopping carts and PayPal is not set up on my new checkout page, sorry. My web designer forgot to take the PayPal button off. I use a secure 3rd party (stripe.com) to handle all transactions. Sorry for the inconvenience.
My go to is a two inch Berkley powerbait grub in watermelon pepper which is discontinued. My buddy and I bought every bag throughout the USA we could get years ago

Best techniques in after where you don’t know depth or structure. Fishing from bank and in early March?
Best technique for producing some bites?
bobber and a jig and minnow or bobber and a jig and plastic.
I like either southern pro hot grubs or big bite lures 2 in curl tail grubs on a 1/32 ounce jig head. I've done real well the last several years.
nice man! thanks for sharing, I like the curl tail also!
Excellent tutorials. Thank you.

Go look them up then. He actually did show a couple of them
Used all of it but most of the time the good ol live minnow is the best for crappie
This is a dumb question but will crappie from different states go for the same thing in terms of lures and such??
yes they will, It could vary a little based on the natural forage but most of the same baits will work.
@@dominatefishing9641 thanks!!!!! I'm a really novice angler. I have a $30 Shakespeare pole 🤣
