This is not only one of Sorted’s best videos, but one of the best food and travel videos I’ve seen in a long time! Impressive coming from an independent food channel!
This made my heart happy - when Ben gleefully said, "This is my dream!" when visiting the farm, i felt that to my soul. I love seeing each of them bring their own personalities to each leg of the trip ❤
I would've been absolutely thrilled with this day. Although, like Ben, I might have gotten a little sidetracked by the fuzzy, fluffy, farm yard that doesn't talk back. :D Also, can we also give props to the camera person who did all of this, often backwards and in water?
When you've grown up and lived in a place all your life, sometimes you forget about the glory and majesty of the world around you. Then you see videos like this one that remind you to stop, breath, and look around. Cant wait for the rest of the 4 corners!
OK, I have lived in Utah for 20 years, and I was today years old when I learned that I could get an "authentic" Cornish Pasty here. I hope you enjoyed our fine state - you've given me some new places to try. I just booked at Table X, so thank you!
Okay is Table X in the original location for the vegan restaurant Sage (or Sages?) It's been years since I ate there but it looked familiar. May need to book a table!
At 9:03 I laughed coffee out my nose when Barry popped on screen with the neon paint! Luckily it was iced coffee, but still - the laugh equivalent of a jump scare. Do ppl ever compliment the editing on this channel? It is fantastic.
Thanks! Friendship and camaraderie first and foremost... with food as a thread to hold it together. But, like Top Gear, you don't have to be a foodie (or petrolhead) to enjoy it!
@@SortedFood Well, I like the approach. If I had a request, I'd like the team to try some Food Wars stuff as well. I think the food team would love some of the recipes and run with them, and the normals have thought up crazier ideas. 😅
12:05 "Come and meet my friends. Chicken, wallowing pig, and aggressive geese" So you've got replacements for Mike, J, and Kush. I'm guessing Barry is the llama
I wish we could have a second SortedTravel channel. Every time you ever do these travel videos where you explore the food and the area, I am always blown away. You consistently produce my favourite videos in this format. Beyond any food channel shows. These 2 latest ones are by far the best and I am so excited to see Mike and Barry’s ones too.
Granted they went to mostly tourist trap areas, I would still argue those are stunning places. There are a lot of other really cool places in utah. Given they only had 2 days here and went through a trip planning agency that likely sends everyone to Zion's, Id say they still had a good time.
I think the guys were mean in their scores for him. They glowed about the 48 hours but only gave an 8/ 8.5? Boo! Not fair to Ben. He did REALLY well thinking outside his (herb) box to get things that they would all love.
its reminded me of their old series' they had, going places and trying food, especially with James. the camping series comes to mind, they're just friends travelling the world sharing their worldly experiences. lovely lovely lovely
@@Enhancedlies Same, I enjoy it more when they're just playing off each other than when they start playing to the live audience. The few episodes I've seen with the live audience have been underwhelming, I might start skipping those.
Always amazes me that Ben seems to not have a partner. Lovely guy, great chef, loves food shopping. Bit of a school teacher but so what👍 Great activities Ben👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
It is interesting about the painting. Jamie was very creative. Ben showed the most artistic talent with a beautiful flow to his painting giving a peaceful, gentle and serene feel about it.
This looks like a stunning holiday. Ben did an excellent job - What Jamie says at 5:54 is exactly how you plan a brilliant trip. You think about what everyone in the group would enjoy, and plan accordingly. Between the donuts in the salt flats that Ben opted out of, the ice cream for breakfast, the neon painting... it's almost like Ben fulfilled every childhood fantasy the guys had!
This could definitely be longer and more documentary style, it’s very similar something you’d find on tv of celebrities going across the globe, love it guys
Another FANTASTIC video!! Who ever paid for this advert got their money's worth. Having been in Utah several times, you certainly captured it better than most Americans do.
I love episodes like these. Ben is truly, down to his core, someone who is serious about food. I'm not a professional chef but I have been cooking for my family since I was 12, and I resonate that love for food. Seeing him so fully in his element this episode (for instance: 19:49) is wonderful.
Even though I’ve lived in Idaho for my entire adult life I was born in Salt Lake City and also had the pleasure of seeing a lot of the places you lot got to visit. It really is an amazing place. I’m happy you had such a great time.
As a new Utah transplant, I’m devastated at the thought that I could’ve seen you all in SLC but missed my chance. Adding all of these places onto my list to visit!
I’m a Utah native and we LOVE The Creamery. The cheese curds and some ice cream are a staple every time we drive through. I am very very surprised at the lack of Beaver jokes though 😅
2:38 ok. I KNOW I'm not alone in getting weird enjoyment watching the Boys licking the Salt Flat, right??! C'mon! 🤣 As someone who grew up watching all the land speed records on the Flats, that was just awesome. 😝🏁🥰
This series is just excellent. I always love the food and cooking content, but this feels different and special. Ben did a spectacular job. Utah is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been, and his itinerary did it justice.
I want to commend your trip planning skills. I’ve encountered many travelers who plan to fly into Salt Lake and see “all the parks” in a day. I even had someone in Zion ask if they could see Yellowstone that same day. I guess the scale of the parks and the state are lost on many. You guys did it right and produced a video at the same time!
When talking to Europeans, one thing that I've found helps is to point out that the distance from New York to Los Angeles is similar to the distance from London to Istanbul.
@@SortedFood Two best bits: the lads licking the salt pan at the start of the video. And the beautiful glamping accommodation at the end, with a wonderful dinner prepared by Ben.

As a Coloradan who loves spending summers in Utah: outstanding! For newcomers - if you skip the Narrows, you can do Zion and Bryce Canyon in one day (early morning hike at Zion, then a rim trail walk at sunset at Bryce, and stay for stargazing)
Lots of incredible things here. Barry having pant on eyebrows and beard was pretty funny, but Ben just really loving the animals and the local produce shows how great Ben really is. What an incredible trip!

Great video! Just one thing on the Bison fact. They didn't almost "go extinct" as some sort of passive process. It was an active effort to hunt and kill them to remove the main food source from the indigenous peoples that lived on the plains. It was a thought out mass slaughter.
We honeymooned at Zion. Had very little money at the time. Talked hubby into renting horses there and getting a tour from a park ranger. Saw much more of the park than we could have on our own. Absolutely gorgeous.

this series and all of the other vistusa's are making me fall in love with my own country again thanks for showing off and enjoying the best of us
There's lots to love!
One word. WOW!
The scenery in this video was absolutely stunning! The food looked amazing, but definitely took a backseat to the awe inspiring beauty of Mother Nature.
Love this series! Really enjoy seeing the guys travel to new places. I get to live through them
Makes me want to go back out west! So glad you were able to see this amazing area!❤
How long since you were last there?
@ we have gone several times. Last time was about six years ago. Love it out there! Hope you all had a fantastic time!💗💗
Thanks for showing off some of the best bits of Utah. As a resident i really appreciate it
It's a gorgeous state... the national parks are mind blowing.
Correction for Ben. The current land speed record happened at Black Rock Desert in Nevada, and is held by the British vehicle Thrust SSC.
It's also much faster than 503. Commenting for visibility
Another correction for Ben. The Bonneville salt flats are “a” salt lake but not part of The Great Salt lake which is 96 miles east of Bonneville.
