    Hello Hello! I've brought you along for another week of workouts and this time we have 4 days in the gym with an extra rest day because RECOVERY baby! Sharing some helpful hints and tips that I keep in mind when lifting as well and giving you a glimpse into what my time in the gym looks like! I hope you enjoy this video!

    Just added in sprints on my lower body days and damn, they kill my legs and glutes in the best way possible! Love your workouts, it's nice to see someone emphasize warming up/cooling down and mobility ☺

    I loveeeee these - really appreciate the warm ups and cool downs especially, easily overlooked but I’ve seen my mobility come on in leaps and bounds since I’ve started including dynamic stretches, defo need to leave enough time for static stretches at the end of my workouts too because I’m really wanting to improve my flexibility ☺️

    I was always like, how is she sooo incredibly strong. This Video Libby saying her DB row PR was 95 i was like, she is a hulk.

    This is great stuff, thanks for posting! I really like your fitness journey Libby and working out with you is amazing! I was wondering if you could answer a question for me. Have you ever used any of these custom meal plan tools? I got one from Next Level Diet to help me add some muscle and I actually like their plans.       I do chest sparingly but if I did, yes it would be on my shoulders & triceps day! My first WOW has a bit of chest in it!
