There was a live version but I was afraid it may be too long for Dave to sit through and I went with the animated video version. Remind me not to do that any more. He really does prefer live versions BUT he did say he very much appreciated listening to this recorded version because it sounded so great.

Regarding guitar solos, Myles does the first and Mark does the second.
I would say react to forever falling, words darker than their wings, or waters rising. All of which share vocals with Mark Tremonti, the lead guitarist that has just as good of vocals as Myles does!

This is such a great song, love the vibe i get when listening to it. The video is a tale of corruption killing- it was a fan video that won a competition and became the official video. Like someone else suggested, Words Darker than their Wings Live at the Royal Albert Hall has got to be one of (if not the) best live performances of any band ever. It is just so epic, the vocals are out of this world and the group just works together so well. Cannot recommend it enough! (unless you're sick of Alter Bridge haha).
