4th Test Ride Steel Sleeved 52mm.Different road surfaces to add stress.

16:1 synth-blend oil in 93 oct fuel.3-prong plug,gapped .030.Stock exhaust.CDH Reed-Valve with carbon fiber flaps.Stock 'performance' carb.
I cleaned the cylinder ports to match the aluminum casting.Gapped the ends of the rings to .030.Sanded cross-hatching into the cylinder walls with 220 grit to aide the rings seating.
Put a very Light Molybdenum grease film on the walls,and also some in the wrist-pin bearing.
Warmed it up 3 mins before riding each time from cold.5 minute ride and cooled 10 mins.Repeated 2 times.Waited an hour and went 2 miles at varying speed to 12mph and lower.3rd time was ride posted after warming up,then shutting off to top fuel tank,which is New 1 Gallon btw.
The roads all had mild hills, and 30lbs in the bag to put it at 75% max load.

Yes,it would.I'm just breaking it in. I know it'll rev much higher with a better exhaust,I just want to follow Warranty rules by all stock.It has less than 20 miles so far.Thank you though.
