"20th Century Boys" is still my number 1 favorite manga to this day,.....yes even more than any Shounen Series And to think that from the same mangaka we also got "Monster", and "Billy Bat" is unbelievable If you reading this thank you Urasawa sensei for all your hardwork
This was true art. Passion in abundance like this is rarely seen these days and I'm thankful for it. I wish I could pay them directly for my watch. I'd watch it again in theaters and take the whole day off to do it again.
Fucking genius for god's sake I'm so so so grateful I found this, the episode one had me in tears I've sobbed at the intensity of angst it made me feel it was just soo real.. I imagine no movies can make me feel the way this anime did God what an amazing backstory and "it's time for our piano lessons" I've never cried this way

And again, that is just to name a few; there's plenty more on the list. I seriously can't wait to see what next year has to offer.

It really doesn't need a remake. Sure, it would be cool to see it in updated visuals and sound quality, but they'd have to nail the faithfulness to the manga and voice acting yet again. Which would be nearly impossible. Making a remake would exite ideas for change in the story, and that's almost always a problem.
When the astro boy came out, I was very small ,memories lingers and are shady I don't remember ( the story ) But The character Designs were engraved in my brain I was over the moon when I heard about Pluto ( manga ) and second time when I heard it was being animated The fact that an Indian boy got to know this Japanese genius ( I feel honoured to be born when the work of naoki San is still alive ❤) And the US is the root of all political problems 😂( just kidding )

there shouldn’t be a season 2. Netflix animated the whole series in the eight episodes they dropped.
This is best on Astro Boy’s last arch and it’s an anime adaptation of the Pluto manga so there isn’t a second season.
