Or relative. Talk like you know us real good. So good that we'd notice if you were putting on a fake voice like a newscaster ... or a ... shudder ... TH-camr. You have a great bass tone in your voice so be wary of how much you EQ the bass on your vocal track, it could cut thru walls if set too high. A little less bass and gain on the vocal track EQ will also make you more legible. Also the name "Tobi Continued" is really good. Oh one thing you did here is hook us in the beginning of the video with the promise of revealing the prize Spekkio gives you for finding him in this frog form, and then--even if you did make it funny at the reveal--it's still a let-down that it's a single tab. So don't promise a big deal when it's not gonna be at the reveal. You didn't ask for it, but now you have my advice, haha. I say all this because you could be big soon if you keep making these. I think it got better compared to my first videos, but I still have ways to improve. I think trying to imagine talking to a friend and not just reading from a script when recording could really help, I will try that and tone my bass down a notch on my EQ. The name "Tobi Continued" was my girlfriends idea, credits go to her. ;) Right now I have this signature "And always remember that this is Tobi Continued..." at the end of my video. And yeah, I realized that my hook on this video with the "great reward" was a little exaggerated in the end, so I tried to turn it around in a little joke. Special thanks for letting me know that I could make it big if I continue, that really means a lot to me. One big problem however is trying to squeeze the time of making these videos into my daily or weekly routine. But I am totally set on going on, even if I can only get one video out per month. Wow, you really took your time to give me some great advice, I really appreciate that. Thank you so much! ;)
I know that my voiceover is probably still my greatest problem, especially sounding "natural" and not like someone reading from a script (which I still do).
Thanks again for your advice. :)
@@TobiContinued93 glad it didn’t come off as condescending !
oh don't be silly. Guy speaks perfect English as a second language - and the german accent is hot AF.
