Remove the top half of the priming grip to make it look smaller and more streamline, remove that silly bit underneath the muzzle, shorten that awful muzzle buy two thirds, slap on a paintjob and that would look a million times better.
So my wife bought me one for Christmas and within a week I noticed there wasn't alot in the top half so I popped it open. I've removed the internal mag and am intending to integrate a side loaded flywheel blaster. And use the mega as a masterkey. I also want to remove the stock and add an attachment point or integrate the dart holder into a different stock to serve as a battery housing.

I was actually going to submit it to fan builds on Xavier's channel when I finish it, I'm also going to have a friend airbrush it to make it look a little more apocalyptic
I still want to convert one into a 4x4 Rival shotgun but it sounds even trickier with that Longshot-style breech. I wish I had spare Apollos or Atlases so I could attempt to transplant the barrel/air restrictor from one of those. Four blasts of four HIRs would make the TS even more game accurate and would be more unique than the slightly improved Magnus that it currently is.
Though with the way, it currently is the Fortnite tactical shotgun with a redesigned grip would make an amazing under barrel attachment. Especially for striferifle build.

I think the Twinshock is strictly better because its a functional shotgun rather than just in form, and it has higher on board capacity. And the Cycloneshock has higher ready-to-fire capacity. Rotofury is higher capacity too. But for an upgraded Magnus rifle, this is kind of cool

I really enjoy this blaster, I didn't enjoy the pump grip because my hands like to slide off. What I did is add a piccatini rail with double sided 3m outdoor mounting tape and I screwed it50th in with 2 screws that are just short enough not to mess with the pump. Then I added a worker angled 4 grip. Now it's a dream to use.
Hey Walcom, how about the fuzzy walrus modifies the TS by adding in a stryfe to fire over top of the shotgun barrel. That would make it like an M41A pulse rifle.
The thing about the tac, its a black pump shotgun if you look closely, but with oversized modifications attached onto it, The grip in game doesn't even move, yet its a modified pumped shotgun.
Super pumped about the only fortnite blaster I would pay money for. Tons of dead space maybe enough for a monorail style feeding mech?? I may be way out of line but just sayin’ there’s allot of dead space. Keep up the good work man.
Know what? You sold me on this! I miss my magnus, since i dismantled it to make a masterkey... Id probably cut off the top half of the pump grip. And i would DEFINITELY sand down the dabbing guy and the fortnite logo. Thinking about it, if probably just repaint a lot of it. Maybe add some lights inside it, tied to the trigger pull. But looking at its guts, theres a lot of good to be done to that!
I compared the plunger tube in my TS to the Magnus and it is about the same size, can't say for sure though, definitely won't take k26, it will take a tek 6 spring stretched out to fit inside it, or like a 12kg retaliator spring, the seal on the plunger head is horrible, I had to put like 10 wraps of Teflon tape on it for it to get a decent seal
you know what would be cool? if nerf made a Charged shotgun, a shotgun that you charge by holding back the pump handle and shooting by letting go, i thought this could be a cool idea for nerf, it would problably shoot Elite or mega darts but if its ever made im hoping for rival darts to give it the extra STING

My Bossmerg makes super-loud "clicking" noise until it finally arrives at the last catch,- the "ratcheting mechanism" you mentioned in the nice vid! :) Could you tell, if it is possible, to remove that ratcheting noises (except the last click when it really gets primed)? Do you know which part of it is responsible for the ratcheting, and if removing or modding that away, alters the Blaster in a bad way? Thanks! :)
While I despise epic and tim sweeney - this is definitely on my list. I look at this blaster and all I can see are options for a Borderlands mod and repaint.
Idk, but, is this the first internal magazine DART blaster to have slam fire, I know the Rival Artemis has it, but it shoots balls not darts (Edit-> The Rukkus is a indexing clip, and the strongarm is a revolver style, so, I don't think that counts as an internal magazine, I think blasters with a low capacity like this don't really need slam fire, now clip system blasters like the delta trooper can have small 6 round magazines, or huge 50 round drums from the Titan, plus, slam fire makes you want to blow through a magazine, internal, or external pretty fast
There's gotta be a way to strip off that cover and pump. Put on a grooved or strapped handguard like a real steel shotgun, or even a vfg with a 3d printed piece to hook into that lower slot.
I think if we can get a sealed breech short dart kit for this and a new pump grip it'll be a nice alternative to the pump-action long shot but I don't know just how well this thing will work with that. I haven't seen much done with the magnus and this is more of the same.

I haven't had the chance to hold one of these, but...can you wrap your thumb around the front of the pump grip? Might mitigate some of the annoyance of it being sloped in the wrong direction.
This is the best fortnite nerf blaster. Ignore how it performs this looks like the tac shotgun. From the shell to how you reload it's just like the tac shotgun. I love this blaster

I have had several mega darts get mangled in this thing when trying to pump it. It gets caught and jams the blaster, to which then I have to get the ol’ pin, press the tiny button and clear the jam. Maybe there’s a reason why but, idk I’m not much of an expert on it. If anyone can let me now why this blaster jams whenever I try to pump it, that’d be nice to know.
the only thing that drives me insane about the design of this, is it looks like a spas 12 with the stock folded onto the top. but the stock is already out. other than that mindfuck its great, they finally got a shotgun that loads pretty similar to a how you expect a shotgun to.... even if it's only single shot....

It kinda surprised me how they didn't go for Halo or Destiny even Borderlands for a series videogame blasters as they would have so many options its unreal but the Fortnite blasters are cool
So an update this thing is annoying to work with, I've had to cut part of the sides out to slot in the parts of the evader I'm using, aside from a bit of cosmetic issues it's going together just fine. But it definitely looks like a bandit made piece of crap right now.

The green thing is an ammo counter, obviously not functional on the blaster but that's what it's supposed to be that in the game

Yes, you can put your thumb or index finger into the front of the pump grip.
