@@layne4376 You and people with similar sentiments have gotten too comfortable with manufacturers constantly trying to be the new fastest and most powerful competitor. It isn’t necessary though. This car is fast. It is a great drive. It doesn’t need to be a competitor for the fastest in class. It is not trying to be.
I picked up my WRX Limit (automatic) three weeks ago and I am loving it!!! Currently at 25 mpg, and climbing, about 80% highway averaging 75 mph in the morning and 65 mph to stop and go traffic on the way home. The Adaptive Cruise Control at highway speeds and stop and go highway traffic operates like exactly how I would drive it, so much better than my 2021 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon and my wife's 2020 Toyota Highlander. Large trunk for its size, plenty of leg room in the back seats behind me (6' 1"). Test drove the GTi first and loved it, dealer wouldn't come down to where I need the payments to be (cheaper to buy it and lease it), so I went to Subaru across the street, drove it and left with it. No regrets. The black plastic is growing on me and I will be thankful for it in New England's winters.
I love driving my 23 it’s a lot of fun. Thanks for the honest review. And the aftermarket is right there for you to customize your wrx in many different ways.

@@BrianMakse thank you. I watched your review again and then caught the parts where you said the RS in Canada is the same as the TR.
