Orginal Enes Yilmazer video: • Inside a $25,000,000 F...
In this video, I dive deep into my reaction to Enes Yilmazer’s tour of a jaw-dropping $25,000,000 futuristic modern mega mansion in Las Vegas. As always, Enes Yilmazer delivers stunning visuals and covers all the luxury amenities you'd expect from a property of this caliber. But, in my typical style, I’m going beyond the surface to highlight not just the impressive aspects but also all the flaws that many overlook. This is what I do best-unpacking every detail to help viewers look past the glossy presentation.
While Enes Yilmazer excels at showing the architectural beauty and layout, there are still things that need to be said about functionality, design decisions, and long-term value. What’s really going on with this $25M Las Vegas mansion? Does it truly hold up, or are there some hidden weaknesses? You’ll get my unfiltered thoughts on all of it-where Enes Yilmazer shines and where he could have pushed for a more transparent perspective.
As someone who critiques real estate with a fine-tooth comb, I can’t help but point out areas where this modern mansion falls short and discuss how these flaws impact the actual value of the property. At the same time, there’s no denying that Enes Yilmazer has a talent for presenting these properties with style-so I’ll also break down what Enes Yilmazer did right in his tour.
If you’ve ever wondered whether these properties are truly as flawless as they seem in Enes Yilmazer’s videos, you’ll want to watch this full reaction. From the expansive floor plan to the futuristic features, we’ll explore whether this mansion is worth the $25,000,000 price tag. And of course, I’ll contrast my insights with how Enes Yilmazer portrays the property to give you a well-rounded perspective.
Get ready for an honest critique that challenges what you see in Enes Yilmazer’s content. Whether you’re a fan of his work or skeptical of his presentations, this video will give you all the good, the bad, and everything in between. Whats a comp ?
The highest sale i found in the same community was $14.7M
Critique some NYC Apartment tours by Erik Conover & Ryan Serhant. It would be cool to know more of what to keep in mind while purchasing an apartment.
This! I want Arvin opinion of NY Townhouses
Can we just appreciate the humor in this video? Love it🤣
I never thought we'd ever reach the front door
You're killing me with the shower warmer looking like a meal slot in solitary confinement.
this channel is so entertaining, i love it. greets from germany
I used to watch Enes’s videos thinking “wow this is a stupid layout”. But maybe it’s just me. I’m not an expert. After finding this channel. I’ve been laughing my ass off, love this channel.
Now I think Enes only shows homes that are crap and can’t sell
But the manner in which he presents those properties is astonishing; he has a knack for making even the least impressive mansions appear exceptional.
Enes tours the homes he's paid to tour.
@@JWCinPDX Indeed, that must be often the case. However, there are exceptions for instances where he engages in paid promotions for products, which is an extremely infrequent occurrence for him.
Imagine being tired or drunk and falling into the water lol
Was thinking the same thing! Plus it wouldn't be difficult to misstep into the gaps 🫤
Been waiting for you to critique this house for time. Very excited
25 million house on a 3 bedroom house is crazy
You’re my favorite person on the internet.
Title isn't formatted nicely
It should be "shitty_vegas_mansion_enes_final_version2_final.prproj.mp4
Shut your mouth Tobias
@@christophwinkler1655😂😂😂
Final means there was a version 1-3 and he spent about 7 extra hours after initially finishing the video to appease TH-cam and fell asleep before changing title.
I like this title 😅
Yay this was the one I requested like a couple months ago 🎉🎉
We need a review of Ace family's illegal bankruptcy Mansion😂😂
completely Agree Arvin. That suite bedroom should be the primary, and the primary should really be an incorporated guest suite with its own built in kitchen stuff. etc.
I do have a serious question though. Where the hell are all the blinds and curtains in all these mega mansions???????? You'd think rich people would value privacy. Now I have noticed a few with auto blinds or curtains but not many at all........
That blows my mind, along with the glass walls that provide no security. Especially in houses like this one pretty much in the middle of the desert.
Just want to say found ya randomly but have binged all the vids and subd. FYI watching from New Zealand
Another great video. Feels like a super upscale bachelor pad. I could see a professional athlete or a finance bro getting it. The indoor/outdoor feel is great-but the lack of bedrooms, no gym, no movie room, and the awkward tiny bathrooms are hard to overlook. I’d imagine that the garage probably has lifts that would allow for more vehicles to be fit inside of it.
I love how fair you are with these critiques. It would be much easier to pick up on the stuff you don’t like and just write off the property on that basis but giving a nuanced opinion and highlighting the stuff they got right like the exterior architecture is hey I enjoy watching these so much.
For 25 I’d definitely want to own those three neighboring lots.
It looks more like a Bond villain compound to me.
Nooooo this is my dream mansion 😭 time to hear what you think about it!! I have been dreading and waiting for this
Great video -- needs a new title Arvin!
In before Enes says "incredible."
I got gorgeous
Or "beautiful".
Or "motor court".
lush landscaping
Cantilever
I think the designer did a great job of blending modern/industrial design into a unique Las Vegas design standard. The color pallet, materials (well most of them anyway), subtle design influences, etc. shows a good way to innovate without suffocating you with the design. For me, this is a great Vegas design style (even with some odd layout choices). I do agree that it is missing key things like a theater room. I think the design used so much square footage for architectural elements, you lost out on utilization - a form over function mistake.
The scarce landscaping might be intentional, so the house fits into the surrounding vegetation, who knows.
The view from the end of the reflection pool isn't great... come on... the opening is way too far away. It's just a tease, a bad one, looks like a tunnel.
The labyrinth to the front door is completely unnecessary. You know what that reminded me of? A themed queue at a Disney attraction.
The kitchen location is fine, see that big island towards the entry/"foyer"? Perfect for welcoming guests (with snacks etc.).
The real size of the garage wasn't shown (obviously?).
The powder room with the slim sink sucks big time.
Many rooms including the kitchen / living room area seem so dark even though it's sunny outside.
Wine room is a failure.
The grey rock areas next to the outdoor BBQ are horrible, why not a terrace you can actually have people hang out on??? BBQ setup should have a sun roof.
Toilet in a closet, fantastic.
Dishwasher in the primary, now I have seen it all.
Sky lounge bathroom is for the escorts.
I never stop smiling!
And it is already on sale again. For a higher price. Smells funny.
Auto Lifts, does it come with a map and compass?
Where's Mikey? Oops, sorry, wrong channel. I say Enes and got carried away.
They actually addressed in a new video
@@RAVajayEN I saw it - although I noticed that they promptly removed Mikey from the EnesPlus website and we haven't seen anything else from them. Hopefully they really are working together again and they didn't just give Mikey a few bucks to shop in the video to make everyone in the comments shut up.
Which one?
Looks like it's back on the market at 28.8 million.
I see a problem w/the square concrete walkway tiles separated & surrounded w/a water feature. It's only a matter of time until a woman in high heels, misjudges it & the heel misses the edge of the tile sending her tumbling backwards. & w/2 Bars in the house excessive alcohol consumption is only going to make it a stumbling hazard for men as well.
Great indoor outdoor and mostly great material choice...but the the problem with outdoor is that it's the desert, you're either boiling alive or getting hypothermia.
There's a reason half of Coober Pedy (opal mining town in South Australia) lives underground.
Pls make a video on the "The one " mansion plsplspsplsplspsl
Yes plz… Micheal the producer needs to be on your hit list…. He is the GOAT of bad taste….
As a European I hate 99% of the houses you show, especially the interiors, but you are so much FUN! Thanks for all the laughs you have given me and keep on doing a great job!
Please do more Las Vegas episodes! I love the bones, but the color palette is just off. What do you think of Blue Heron?
6:56 - 7:01 I agree this isn’t for someone with kids… This might be someone who doesn’t want kids anymore(jk)… I personally wouldn’t buy because AC bill will cost more than the house also having to shake sheets every night before bed because of scorpions
It’s beautiful, but T he kids thing is such a great point. I don’t have kids, but most of my friends and family do. I could never have visitors. It’s a death trap for toddlers.
I would like to see some apartment critiques
Those living room pools are so dangerous I would be terrified of sleep walking or being dizzy or just accidentally falling and downing at any moment
Aren't there any mosquitoes in the Nevada? I'm thinking all this water "pools" near the house would bring in many mosquitoes especially when so many window walls are open?
You should review Graham Stephen's house in Nevada. I believe he did a tour of it when he completed it a few years ago.
Before i watch, i hope Enes finds a knock knock dishwasher.
The prison food warmer made be full on laugh out loud snort
Cool house but I don't understand why blue heron likes doing those tripping hazards in the house. They likes putting rocks inside the house and separate concrete slabs. The primary bedroom is a perfect example. And builders in that price range need to do more outdoor shade instead of leaving it open to the sun. Your furniture even if it is high-end won't survive a few summers in Nevada or Arizona.
Left the WIP title there, Arvin...🙃
As someone who lived in Europe, the dishwasher in the primary says many things, but here in the USA, to me, it says that even this man, doesn’t walk around or even live in the entirety of this mammoth house either. A dishwasher in a bedroom is just pure survival instincts when you can’t or won’t go anywhere else. Says to me, buy a smaller home, we don’t even think you’ll walk this far in your own home 😂😂😂 I mean, when you won’t even walk to the kitchen to ‘base-level’ function, it’s over. You don’t wanna walk, buy a smaller mansion.
I feel like it had a lot of japanese/classic chinese influences with all these stones throughout the house (like the bathroom floor of the primary) and the way the textures contrast. Really like the style of this one, just sad they stumbled in the lay out. Who will ever use 2 bars in a 3 bedroom house…
I like this entry, I mean, how will burglar rob the house if they don't understand how to enter the house ?
"just give me a chance to PROVE money doesn't buy happiness" ... Plato (😁)
I can remember watching this.
This is a Party Location, not a home. plain and simple.
Imagine all that Indoor outdoor rock stuff is a great hiding place for the millions of scorpions and spiders in the desert
11:08 😂😂😂😂😂
Where is the entry door?
What happened to the go-cart house? 🤔
why are powder rooms even used in normal homes (assuming people actually live in them, not an investment, summer house...)? why not a day toilet? Also a kitchen in the master bedroom?
Yes, just what the desert needs…..a$25M humidifier.
What the heck is with all the interior rocks? Who is going to dust all of those rocks? What a nightmare.
Yes, it's a fake sale. Also, there is a much nicer home IMO for sale at $21.5 million with the same view of Vegas, but it's much more family friendly and livable. Having rusted metal in this modern house is ridiculous. I'm not spending $27 million to live in an uncomfortable house that wants to give me tetanus everywhere.
Blue Heron are definitely all Cookie Cutter Homes. It's as if You go to Thier office and they have a wall with blue prints of the few styles they offer and you pick your house and they build it. I'd definitely be concerned for my guests walking into the house if you can figure it out and the water surrounding you are definite law suits awaiting, I think the house is $20 Million Dollars overpriced plus location location location and this one definitely doesn't have it. I reside in Scottsdale Arizona and my $3 Million Dollar Home is far more nicer plus I'm in the mountains. I'm Very impressed with your knowledge and I found you about six months ago and signed up and haven't missed a single episode your expertise knowledge can save you followers who may be looking to build Thier dream home and they should hire you! I built my home a little over a year ago and I'm in a gated community with tons of privacy without any neighbors peeking in, I couldn't be more happier and I just turned 66 on October 14th and it's just me a bachelor in a 4800 SQ Ft Home and if that home is $25 Million it makes mine worth $10-$15 Million and if you saw it you'd agree! Keep up your outstanding videos to me you are the Man! 💪
21:15 it's a diddy shower
Blue Heron confuses me. This isn’t their only questionable property
This manson looks like it is made to be leased out for events and parties.
4:02 Now we know why California has water problem for years...
Nice building, but it’s not a home. Also your neighbors have a view of your house.
The exterior kind of looks like a high-end strip mall/ chic movie theater
The only comment about all the rocks on the floor was that they might get in the tracks for the doors. Aren't all those rock filled troughs a major tripping hazard, and who wants rocks all over their house anyway. And how about all the gaps in the walk ways. I'd want to be very careful walking around this place. That says nothing about all the gimmicks. The "Sky Lounge." Give me a break.
You're really entertaining I like your Channel I've asked this before but are you friends with that guy? You trash on him a lot LOL
Nooooo … Arvin again … My next favourite will be dumped … 😂🎉
I would buy this house immediately for me and my son, … if … you know … 💲💸
title bro
Blue heron properties are highly overrated imo. The layouts are very strange. Their lake Las Vegas builds are terrible
Rusted iron…. And a long walkway, will you ever reach your car without rust stains on your clothes or hands?
It's not really rust, if you expect it.
6:54 or a Billionaire that has kids but doesn't want them anymore. ;)
Good luck selling them for 25
Change title
It would be perfect if it only had a helipad with an H on it.
I had to stop watching when Enes juked us faking left then right
I refuse to let Enes trick me like that and leave me stumbling around while touring a $28,000,000 3 bedroom house with 1100sqft 18 car garage
This house is totally hideous.😂
Bland and Boring
