I have a Boss Hoss. Bought it brand new in the membership kit. It's near mint and never had any stickers applied, no numbers, no stripes. The kit was burried on a bottom shelf at my then local toy/hobby store. The box had a thick layer of dust. It was probably under there for a year or so. I wish I still had the badge from the kit, at least. All lost to time but the car.
I looked but I didn't see that you had a video up on how you clean your red lines. I have been using a soft toothbrush with some mild soap and scrubbing them and so far so good. I remember you saying you use simple green, Do you wipe them down what kind of cloth do you use or do you use a soft toothbrush? I picked up a purple Charger, it can use a little cleaning but I just don't want to screw up the paint.
Hey David, I'm just curious why the Olds 442 redline from 1971 are worth much more than your average redline.. Could it be that they made a small amount of them?
They are somewhat more rare, Yellow, magenta, rose are the more common Olds colors. Blue, green, apple, red, light blue, salmon, hot pink , and red with black interior are the toughest to find. They've always commanded a big premium for the 25 years I've been in the hobby.

I use dish soap and water with a small microfiber towel. Simple Green is only for cleaning old carry cases. Blow dry and your done.
