  • The Turtle Exercise is a good foundational exercise for learning and improving core stability. Mastering this exercise will improve your ability to keep your core engaged (and back safe) while breathing and moving.
    Once you get good at the Turtle exercise we will typically advance you to something more challenging, but don't skip this step!
