nah no amount of time can fix those glitches its an open world game just look at Skyrim or the Fallout games theyre buggy as shit as well maybe it would reduce the amount of bugs and glitches

A nitpick I have in the game is the pokemon's eyes when there sleeping. A bit odd to point out but I noticed it during a battle. When your pokemon has the sleep status their eyes are WIDE OPEN. I especially have an issue with this because outside of battles their eyes blink frequently and they even have SLeePiNg AnImAtIoNs with their eyes closed. At first, I thought they were carrying over the "drowsy" status condition from PLA but nope, the status condition is "asleep". But that's not all, in almost every other game you know what happens when a pokemon gets the sleep condition, THAT'S RIGHT THEY CLOSE THEIR EYES!! I can't unsee it and now neither can you. Thank you all for the rant even though it will likely be buried.

Now if we are talking about the ones who force them to release games before they are finished then that's another thing. As for lucrative, I save that for companies like EA who put ads and loot boxes in $60 games, THAT is lucrative. Gamefreak is more along the lines of incompetent or out of their element seeing as they are only recently doing full open world type games and it clearly shows they aren't ready for it unless they want to hire a team the specializes in it. Everything before ultra sun and moon is more of their style and frankly they should stick with that formula. So yes, lucrative is not the right word.

If I'm remembering correctly Sonic Team had a 60 people team and five years to make Frontiers while Gamefreak had roughly 200 people and three years to make S&V. That's....actually embarrassing on Gamefreak's behalf. Provided Sega takes on the right feedback, expand the dev team as they said they would and give them the same 5 year time gap, then I'd never thought I'd say this but I'm actually rooting for Sonic more than Pokèmon.

If modern gamefreak ever decides to pull a Gen 5, we're only getting the new pokemon that gen, period. Oh, who am I kidding? Doing that would mean they can't put Pikachu, Charizard, Gengar, Lucario, and Magikarp in the game. Marketiiiiiiing! Feel free to expand that list as you see fit.

And I blame the degenerate Elitist fanboys, and Game Freak’s bootlickers who cosigned Gen 9 to be rushed right after a month of PLA’s release.
Xenoblade 1s map also is loaded all the time but the difference is that xenoblade is very optimized but SV is not and xenoblade actually uses low poly models for object which are far away from the players view while gamefreak is too lazy to make them or to make enough of them and just let the Pokémon and other moveable objects run with 5 fps 10m away from the player.

This might as well be Pokemon's Sonic 06 moment. The terminal stage of a game company's complacency, rushing development and abusing their own popularity to the point they made a mess that will stain their reputation forever.
Sega tried to inovate after 06 with unleashed and people hated, after that colors focosed on the critics and it was Loved for not having a "serious story", after forces tried to tell a serious story and failed, the game was and is still hated the fans rethink the entires franchise, unleashed was now loved and colors was hated. The pokemon comunity on the other did the smae thing (Black and white=unleashed and X and y=colors), the diference is that the pokemon comunity defends sword and shield ( sword and shield = forces).

I was excited for this version thinking we were finally one game closer to an open world concept but after watching many videos with these glitches and browsing through the Pokedex I've found gen 9 to be lazier than some of the other generations and apparently the developers don't play the games before they're released to make sure everything is running smooth. I love pokemon but this is one of many reasons I don't buy the games till months down the road when the "hype" is over.

@@UnwantedGhost1 Dunno about you, but Gen 1 has so many damn glitches, and they needed help from Nintendo directly to even finish Gen 2. Then they had a period from Gens 3-5 where they steadily improved their craft because they had people on hand who understood the tech they were working with and had a few more years' experience than they did at the very beginning. Gen 6 is when things started going downhill because they weren't ready for the transition to full 3D and the quality has been declining ever since. Tri-annual releases just isn't enough time it seems, maybe it worked when they were working on cartridges for the DS and but not anymore. EDIT: grammar corrections

Game Freak have zero say when to release a Pokémon game since share holders want the money,profits and merchandise at launch. when i heard to what happened to cyberpunk Devs behind the scenes at the Devs of cyberpunk I start to see exact situation with the Pokémon video game franchise being tied to the Pokémon Anime, Trading card games and merchandise being heavily linked to share holders wanting money ,but the devs of Game Freak only make the video games they are not in charge of the other Pokémon stuff like the Pokémon trading cards,Anime and other Pokémon merchandise. A nitpick I have in the game is the pokemon's eyes when there sleeping. A bit odd to point out but I noticed it during a battle. When your pokemon has the sleep status their eyes are WIDE OPEN. I especially have an issue with this because outside of battles their eyes blink frequently and they even have SLeePiNg AnImAtIoNs with their eyes closed. At first, I thought they were carrying over the "drowsy" status condition from PLA but nope, the status condition is "asleep". But that's not all, in almost every other game you know what happens when a pokemon gets the sleep condition, THAT'S RIGHT THEY CLOSE THEIR EYES!! I can't unsee it and now neither can you. Thank you all for the rant even though it will likely be buried.

As for lucrative, I save that for companies like EA who put ads and loot boxes in $60 games, THAT is lucrative. Gamefreak is more along the lines of incompetent or out of their element seeing as they are only recently doing full open world type games and it clearly shows they aren't ready for it unless they want to hire a team the specializes in it. If I'm remembering correctly Sonic Team had a 60 people team and five years to make Frontiers while Gamefreak had roughly 200 people and three years to make S&V. That's....actually embarrassing on Gamefreak's behalf.
Provided Sega takes on the right feedback, expand the dev team as they said they would and give them the same 5 year time gap, then I'd never thought I'd say this but I'm actually rooting for Sonic more than Pokèmon.

Xenoblade 1s map also is loaded all the time but the difference is that xenoblade is very optimized but SV is not and xenoblade actually uses low poly models for object which are far away from the players view while gamefreak is too lazy to make them or to make enough of them and just let the Pokémon and other moveable objects run with 5 fps 10m away from the player.

The map Is Always fully loaded but they use flat images of trees in the distance to make It more manegeable, trees wich are gradually replaced by the 3D models as you move nearer to them.

The pokemon comunity on the other did the smae thing (Black and white=unleashed and X and y=colors), the diference is that the pokemon comunity defends sword and shield ( sword and shield = forces).

I was excited for this version thinking we were finally one game closer to an open world concept but after watching many videos with these glitches and browsing through the Pokedex I've found gen 9 to be lazier than some of the other generations and apparently the developers don't play the games before they're released to make sure everything is running smooth. I love pokemon but this is one of many reasons I don't buy the games till months down the road when the "hype" is over.

@@UnwantedGhost1 Dunno about you, but Gen 1 has so many damn glitches, and they needed help from Nintendo directly to even finish Gen 2. Then they had a period from Gens 3-5 where they steadily improved their craft because they had people on hand who understood the tech they were working with and had a few more years' experience than they did at the very beginning. Gen 6 is when things started going downhill because they weren't ready for the transition to full 3D and the quality has been declining ever since.
Tri-annual releases just isn't enough time it seems, maybe it worked when they were working on cartridges for the DS and but not anymore.

@@michaelbowman6684 gen 1 was made by four people with 2 of them only having a very minor understanding of programming. It's easy look back at it as a mess today but for its time it was a marvel. However there's no excuse for the current gens now, its the largest franchise in the world they could hire every programmer in the world to make pokemon if they wanted to... but sadly they don't.

@@DistantKingdom after the story of cyber punks share holders forcing the dev team to release the game early for easy money and having a bunch of glitch's at launch this needs to be talked about since this topic is also related towards the Pokémon games expectancy life span now. the dev teams of cyber punk 2077 had zero say at all towards the launch of their game since the share holders wanted cyberpunk 2077 to be released at its intended time slot despite the Devs knowing the game needed more time in the dev oven the dev team of cyber punk 2077 wanted more time ,but their share holders wanted money looked what happened their game cyberpunk 2077 at launch .Any time a video game is rushed ,for release it is a share holder problem for the Pokémon games since the share holders at Pokémon company need the Pokémon Trading Cards,Anime,and video games on set launch with no set backs. Game Freak have zero say when to release a Pokémon game since share holders want the money,profits and merchandise at launch. when i heard to what happened to cyberpunk Devs behind the scenes at the Devs of cyberpunk I start to see exact situation with the Pokémon video game franchise being tied to the Pokémon Anime, Trading card games and merchandise being heavily linked to share holders wanting money ,but the devs of Game Freak only make the video games they are not in charge of the other Pokémon stuff like the Pokémon trading cards,Anime and other Pokémon merchandise. Share holders are responsible for the crappy 3 year release cycle of the Pokémon video games since you know annual product merchandise makes money.video games Devs have zero control when share holders are involved for making a game tie-in with said merchandise this is becoming quite a scandal now with share holders. I do not blame game freak for this issue since share holders control what time and release to make a easy profit with said merchandise even if its a slight buggy mess.

I completely lost two out of three starters during the opening walk to Nemona’s house. Sprigatito up and vanished, and Quaxly ran into a fence repeatedly and refused to turn around.

@@AuraStorm GF is 1/3 of the entire Pokémon Company. It’s both the fact that they have no time to make a fully functioning game as well as the fact that GF has no idea how to make a 3D video game. They’ve only been making them for 10 years now since X/Y yet they still don’t understand how to work with 3D
