The bypass tray on the SG 400 only adds another tray. It can extend length, but not width, you can buy 8.5" x 21" paper for it:

+Francisco Sanchez ................No, it will hold any size. You could add the Feeder tray and the Bypass tray and with the Main tray have three different paper sizes ready to use.

8.5" x 14". However, if you add the optional bypass tray, you can print up to 51" on roll paper, but only 8.5" wide no matter what. We suggest the SG 800 as it will got to 13" wide with the optional bypass tray.

+Conde Sublimation text r paper for 3d sublimation paper has a bright white side only and the other side is more yellowish in color with the the text r logo printed on the same side yellowish side. when putting the paper in the printer which side do i face down? sorry for my vague explanation
