I just started at Amazon and they have lots of training courses and some they can cover the cost. Can you suggest few things to learn if I want to work in supply chain and operations? Right know my position is in retail and business services. I can learn anything related but I want to build needed skills to be unique in this uncertain market.

If you’re working with a vendor, how do you suggest making sure things stay aligned with our sprints?
Include them in the charter and kick-off. Make them part of the team and ensure you have the same expectations for them as you do for your internal folks.
