Honoured to have you comment, Dr. De Vries! I teach this model in our 3rd year Health Promotion class I teach within the department of Biomedical Physiology and Kinesiology at Simon Fraser U in Vancouver, Canada. It is useful to have an integrative model alongside the other ones we teach in this course. Appreciate it!
