    I was 65kg to 67kg noon pero paano ako pumayat without exercise?
    Dahil sobrang tamad ko mag-exercise at mahilig talaga ako kumain ng mga oily foods at pagkain na matataas sa carbohydrates, nahirapan ako magpapayat. Madami akong nasubukan na diet plan, mga tips para pumayat ng mabilis, paano pumayat in 1 month, paano pumayat in 3 days, pero dahil masyadong strict ung diet, hindi ko din natatagalan kaya nag-decide ako na baguhin onti-onti ung eating habits ko. Tumigil na din akong mag-research about pampapayat tips at pampapayat ng katawan diet plans kase lalo lang ako nadidistract.
    Kung kagaya ko kayo na tamad mag exercise at mahilig kumain at palaging nangangako sa sarili na "magddiet na talaga ako bukas," check mo tong video kase sigurado ako makakatulong to sayo. Eto yung effective pampapayat tips na tumulong sakin kahit na walang exercise.
    Sobrang chubby ng pisngi, braso, legs, at hita ko noon. Ngayon halos kalahati na ng katawan ko ung nawala saken, hahaha.

    First:
    1. No Sugary foods (Softdrinks, sweets, etc.)
    2. No Salty foods (Chips, patis na may sili at calamansi, etc.)
    3. No Oily foods (Deepfried foods like streetfoods etc.)
    No more big dinner, eat oatmeal with a little sugar to enhance taste.
    Give up processed foods. (Hotdogs, instant noodles, etc.)
    Second:
    Gradually remove carbs (bread, noodles, etc.)
    For rice, shift to brown rice little by little. (You can mix brown rice and white rice first and gradually adjust portions until you can consume brown rice completely.)
    After a couple of months:
    Bfast- 1 hard boiled egg (consume half of the yolk and the whole white), Coffee, Pandesal
    Snacks- Skyflakes
    Lunch- Anything as long as healthy
    Dinner- Oatmeal or no dinner at all.
    Notes:
    -No slimming products (Tea, Capsules, etc.)
    -Always choose the healthier option.
    -Eating a lot of healthy foods to reach your calorie count is better than eating little unhealthy foods to lower you calorie count.
    -You can burn calories with spicy foods.
    Advice:
    -Don’t deprive yourself.
    -Gradually lessen your food intake, don’t crash diet.
    There’s actually nothing new with her diet routine but it’s the right thing. Like what she said, common sense lang. After adjusting to your diet routine, you can also incorporate exercises after. Happy Dieting! Fighting!

      Julie Ann Al Trut! Nako girl til now hindi na nawala sa habit ko yan. Narealize ko kase if susunod ako sa strict diet, papayat ako tas after ilang weeks balik lamon ule. Hindi kase realistic saka magastos pa un ibang diet 😂😂

    2 months ago nadiscover qoh ung channel mo beacause im searching for the vlogs 'bout looseweight...after qong mapanood ung ilang video mo,.nagstart aqng magbawas ng rice...after 3 weeks ..66kgs from 70kgs..thankyou for all ur video sobrang na challenge aq..na magpapayat...and yesterday ive started lowcarb & intermitent fasting....20hrs kinaya qoh..😅😅😅...im so proud of myself na kinaya qoh un samantalang ang obsessed qoh sa rice🤣🤣🤣..

    Pareho pala tayo dati te aileen Ganyan din ako kumain as in Grabehan talaga lamon kung lamon hanggang now nadala ko kaya nahihirapan ako Alisin yun kahit nasa Low Carb keto na ko minsan napapa cheat pa ako pero pinipilit alisin thanks po sa pagiging Guides Nabawasan po ang timbang ko napakalaki pero wala pa sa Goal weight at dahil sa mga video mo natuto ako lalo na sa fasting at Low carbs at marami pang iba..

    I feel u girl😘 nag oats din ako at jan ako pumayat tinanggal ko rin ang sugar, wala exercise at calorie count mas lalo ka kc tataba at mapapakain ng marami. Ngayon hindi na ako patay gutom kung kumain😂😂

    Yes na try ko.. Mostly fruits lang kinakain ko. Tapos ngayun. Ayaw ko na kumain ng oily foods. Nasusuka ako pag kumain ng something oily. I don't know why.
    Fruits, biscuits, milk, water, diyan lang..

    Sad to say,marami o halos lahat ng mga nutritionists nagrerecommend na kumain ng rice o carbs at wag daw kumain masyado ng eggs,fats ng pork/beef/chicken/eggs kc bad cholesterol daw at low salt daw dapat( which is BAD) dapat may tamang asin po tayo sa katawan. Sa mga nutritionist ok sa kanila o mas sinasabi nila ang canola oil kaysa coconut oil or olive oil o butter(which is mas healthy for me). Dapat sabihin din ng mga nutritionists na medyo iwasan mga candies,cakes,noodles,pasta,ice cream at chocolates. Sabi ni dr.Jason Fung at dr.Eric Berg,ok eggs,pork fats,beef,chicken,fish,butter,coconut,at olive oil;avoid rice,bread,pasta,noodles,sweet desserts like leche flan,biko,palitaw,etc.

    Ganito rin po ako ng start ng diet. Nakita ko sariki ko sau. Since quarantine tlgang lomobo ko so ngstart ako ng diet and now 2 months nko no rice. Inalis ko rin ang soda which i like too much. Now from 72 im 66 kls na. Pero my goal is 60 to 55 kls kya ngsubscribe nlng ako dahil marami ako natutunan sayo.

    nakuuuu nakakarelate po ako sainyo hahaha since bata kasi payat tlg ako hnggng hs. pero nung nagcollege ako dahil sa nagkaroon n ng sariling income tapos kain n ng kain tumaba tlg ako hnggng 2019. ilang beses din ako nagtry pero palaging failed. pero nakakatuwa kasi last yr nung nagkaroon ng pandemic dun ko narealize n gusto ko n tlg pumayat ulit so ginawa ko yung intermittent fasting at home workout😁. and It works!! pumayat nga ako 😍 sipag at tyaga lng talaga at disiplina 💕

    Hello po! Im on my diet na po, at nagkaron po ba kayo ng delayed menstration since mag diet po kayo? Kasi super deleyed na po nung sakin eh. At nung nag search po ako, isa daw po sa cause ng delayed mens eh yung suddenly change of body weigt. Pero gusto ko pa rin po kayo tanungin.

    Hi ms. Aileene.. new subs here.. napunta ako sa channel mo last week dahil nag plan kmi ng hubby ko na mag diet.. sa dahilang mas lumobo kasi kami at nkakaramdam na si hubby ng mga masakit sa katawan nya,,madalas na high blood pa..kaso ang problem mali pla ang umpisa namin dahil agad agad na parang nag crash diet kami bglaan na nag no rice..after 1week namin ng LC no rice..eto si hubby ngaun nilalagnat,nahihilo, masakit ung balakang nya at nanghihina.. at ako mejo nahihilo na din sa ngayon..so kaya ko napunta sa vlog mo na to, to know kung paano ba talaga dapat magsimula..sa ibang vlog mo nalaman ko na di pala balance ung ginawa namin..kaya salamat sa story mo.. sana maging ok na kami ni hubby.. kelangan paunti unti lang di biglaan at dapat naeenjoy😊

    Hi new subs here! While watching your videos feel ko parang may soul sister ako. Kasi almost same tayo sa lahat ng bagay. Like hindi malaki ang tyan pero nag 60+ yung weight then yung mahilig sa cakes and sweets. Then malaki din legs ko. Yun pinaka problem ko and insecurities na din. Ngayon lang mejo lumaki ako kasi 4 months ago i gave birth. And hindi biro magpapayat. Kaya naghahanap ako ng vids on how to lose weight while breastfeeding.

    New subbie🙂 ate nakakaiyak lng pong isipin na kagaya ko sa age na 15 nagmumukha na akong 19 or 20 masakit sabihan ng ganon ng ibang tao.. 5 months ago po my weight is 60kg never ko pong tinry na mag loose ng weight or pinagwalang bahala ko na lng po until sa nagkaroon ako ng insecurities sa sarili ko kino compare ko yung sarili ko sa mga ka age ko.. Ang layo po tlga 😢payat naman po ako 2 years ago tas bigla na lng tumaba.. And it bcoz of hormonal imbalance.. Yes po ate d po ako nagkaroon ng menstruation for almost 7 months.. But Im glad kasi po 4 months ago naging normal na po ulit though irregular tlga ako.. Share ko lng po sa ngayon my weight is already 55 kg.. And hindi pa den po ako kuntento dun.. Sana po matulungan po ako nitong video mo ate 😢sawang sawa na po ako sa mga taong nambubully... Judgemental people nowadays 😢.. And ate I just wanna say that u look like ate Michelle Dy... Sa eyebrows and eye part 💕😍

      Thanks, jannah! Malaki naman na yung nawalang weight sayo saka ikaw ba yung nasa profile pic mo? Ang cute mo kaya!!!! If you really want to lose weight, do it for yourself. Hindi para sa mga nangaasar sayo. Bata ka pa woh!!!! Wag mo ipressure sarili mo sa pagbabawas ng timbang, focus ka into eating healthy foods and yung pagbabawas ng weight to follow na un. Payong ate lang, also make an effort to love yourself. For sure naman madaming nagsasabi sayo ng mga positive na bagay, nagfofocus ka lang masyado sa mga negative na sinasabe ng iba.     Natanggal ko na completely ang soda and white rice tho yung rice kumakain ako evey Sunday. (Yea, every Sunday lang) I replaced soda sa tea (not slimming tea) and coffee and ofcourse lots of waterrrr. Tinanggal ko rin powdered juice kasi madaming sugar. Same tayo sa pinakbet with lots of meat! Hahaha. And super effective sya. 😁 Nasanay na lang yung taste ko sa mga iniintake ko until yun na lang hinahanap ng taste ko. Hihi.

    I was 65-66.5 kg, months ago. Nag didiet na ko ngayon. 61.5kg na lang ako. Target ko 56 or 58 kg, kasi naman hindi slim body type ko. Kaya kahit pumayat, malaki pa din. Okay lang, basta mabawasan ng timbang.

    eye opener! tama ka nga sis, if you know it’s not healthy, then, don’t eat it.. thank you for that realization! ako 2years na no rice no soda..and this year, nagminimize na ako sa sugary foods like cake, icecream and other desserts.. sana mabawasan narin sa salty foods and deep fried! i feel so light this year! hopefully next year super fit na 🤗

      Hannah Sayson pwede mo naman I substitute ng brown rice or quinoa ung rice mo, mas mahal nga lang 😭. Brown rice kase is fiber tapos si quinoa naman protein kaya hindi sila kasing bad ni white rice na carbohydrates. Pero if mahilig ka talaga sa rice, sa sugar ka bumawi. Sugar alisin mo sa diet, lalo coke. Sugar and carbohydrates kase pag na-metabolize ni body same product lang na glucose. So mamili ka, sweets or rice? 😂😂

      Krizzie Alfaro Ngek bat naman? Don’t pressure yourself too much. Saka bata ka pa. Nasasayo kase kung ilang kilos ibabawas mo, depende sa kung gaano ka ka-disciplined. Pero gurl, payong ate lang kase dati talaga sobrang mababa confidence ko, pag aralan mo din na mahalin yung sarili mo. Kahit kase maging 30kg ka pa kung mababa confidence mo wala din mangyayare. Once marealize mo na lahat ng sinasabe saka iniisip ng ibang tao ee wala lang naman, sus kahit 65 kg ka ba keber! Gawin mo sya for yourself, hindi para sa mga nangaasar sayo 😊

    ako 68kg at dito ako Sa Kuwait nahihirapan ako Kung paano ako mag diet ksi pag hndi ako kumain ng rice sumasakit ulo ko...pag punta ko dto 2013 46kg ako but now ang taba ko at walang exercise katawan ko

    Or something sweet, super guilty aq sa sweets I can live without rice pero sweet naku.
    Bata palang aq chubby na aq pero in a healthy weight pero since im 24 na medyo natatakot na din kaya Im trying to lose weight.

      @@Aileene. ay naku sweet is life talaga, pero nilalabanan ko na, in a moderation nalang. This January 2019 ninonote ko kung kumain ba aq ng sweets, tapos nakikita ko halos frequent pala ung sweets ko, kaya ngayon binabawasan ko na baby steps.
