  • Matagal na din yung nakalipas mula nung naalis ko yung excess weight sa katawan ko at na-achieve yung desired weight goal ko. Sinusunod ko pa din yung ibang rules pero hindi na ako ganun ka-strict pagdating sa pagkain. Pero bakit hindi ako nagggain ng weight? Intermittent Fasting.
    Wala talaga akong idea sa kung ano yung intermittent fasting dati, unintentional ko syang ginagawa dahil na din sa pagod from work kaya mula nung nalaman ko yung Intermittent Fasting For Beginners, tuloy tuloy na yung naging research ko and na-prove ko talaga na maganda sya for my health.
    So on this video, isshare ko sainyo kung ano ang intermittent fasting, and what to eat in intermittent fasting.

    I do IF with 2 meals a day during my 8hr eating window. Sometimes i switch to just one meal a day. I don't eat anything with sugar and i do not consume more than 30g of carbs daily. In just one month, i lost 9kgs. I feel stronger, and happier. 😊

      Pareho tayo, strict keto ako and I lost 15kg in two months. OMAD twice a week and 2 meals the rest of the week. Prediabetic ako before and I had migraines, fibromyalgia, muscle pains, back pains, inflammations, auto immune etc but all of these disappeared and I sleep better, I have so much energy and I have great concentration. Also my skin cleared and became smoother and fairer. I feel happy all the time and my energy is sustained. My advice is to avoid rice if you’re doing IF to prevent cravings.

    You explain it clearly yehey!!! Nung Tuesday (January 8 2019) lang ako nag start from 83.25kg to 80.70kg. What I eat? Only cucumber and 2 boiled eggs and I drink alot of water kaya siguro napabilis. So ayon thank you for explaining. You inspire us

    Ang sarap sa pakiramdam pag nag iintermittent pasting..ang gaan sa katawan.1 week plng nag ggnyan ngun.kya ko pla..minsan nga tapos na ung 16hours ko n pasting, parang di pa din aq gutom kya minsan 18hours aq di kumakain.at ang nangyayari,bale 2 kain lng aq sa loob ng eating window ko.tpos tubig2 nlng aq.at isa pang napansin ko ngaun,bakit konti plng nakkain ko parang busog nko..di tulad noon.kahit marami ung laman ng plato ko,napipilit kong ubusin.ngaun hindi na.kya ipupush kona to...kailangan lng tlga sa nag ggnyn,matinding desiplina.pag natutukso aqngbtumikim sa oras ng pasting,lagi kong iniisip na,o ing goal mo,sarili mo lng din ang lolokkohin mo.tas parang makokonsensya nko non na kumain..inom nlng aq ng tubig

    I lost 7kilos doing IF (for 9months) now di ko nman na sya ginagawa but na settle na din kasi yung kain ko the way it is, tho nag crave din nman ako sometimes at night, but drinking green tea helps a lot sa cravings ko...

    Last ako nagtimbang Nov. 2019, 70kls weight ko. Nawalan kasi ako ng Work around Sept. so ang ginagawa ko madalas kain-tulog 🤣 then this Year, nag GCQ/ECQ napadalas ang kain at tulog 🤣 tas gumigising ako 10am na. 🤣🤣🤣 pero from Nov. 2019 - June 2020, unexpectedly 5kls lang yung naGain ko na Weight. Hahaha kasi ngayon lang ako ulit nagtimbang, 75kls ako. 🤣 expected ko kasi nasa 80kls pataas nako dahil nga sa ECQ/GCQ. Siguro kasi dahil sa Daily Routine ko hindi ko alam na nagagawa ko na pala yun Intermittent Fasting. 🤣 pero itutuloy tuloy ko na to, at sasamahan ko na din ng exercise to lose weight. 😁

    I've been doing extreme IF. Instead of doing the 8/16. I'm doing the 4/20. Yes. I only have 4 hours window period for eating then resting for 20 hours. Aside from that, i'm also doing low carb (sort of since i don't eat rice) and recently started drinking chia seeds with ACV. All of this after watching your vlogs (except for the extreme IF). Your vlogs are very informative and your explanation is very crystal clear. Thank you so much for this. 🙏

    Ako naman almost 3 months IF start mga secondweek of February as of april 28 from 246lbs down to 209lbs almost 17kg na po. IF + Apple Cider + No Bread and Rice

    6 mos. na ko on IF, starting weight 62, current weight 48 kgs. Maximum fasting hours ko 28.5 hours pero maintaining na lang ako kaya binalik ko na sa minimum fasting hours ko b4 which is 16:8.

    effective talga toh..10 30 am ang almusal ko.. hnggang 5 30 lng..in just 2 weeks from 63kgs 60 nlng ako..pero healthy parin knkain ko..salad..egg,fish..at one day rice lng..no fast food..no softd drink..then plank exercise..ayon lng..black coffee with brown sugar ako peor minsan lng pero in my 8 hours na kain aun ang coffee ko at green tea din..effective siya ksi ndi na ako ngcracrave sa mga unhealthy food ..plus mablis talga metabolism ko..isang kain..isang takbo cr gnun..5'5 ako with 60kgs..57 is my trget weight kht 55 pa..normal weight ko un..payt tlag

    During fasting you are only allowed to drink water, coffee or tea. During feasting you can eat anything you want pero you need to count your calories na dapat di lalagpas ng 1300 calories .

    I started doing intermittent fasting on the 25th of February and it's been three weeks na since i started fasting. So far ito lang yung weight loss method na sobrang legit para sa akin. Ang maganda kasi sa IF is walang food restrictions di gaya ng traditional diets na ginagawa natin. On the third night nagkaroon ako ng headache, as in sobrang sakit ng ulo ko noon parang sasabog, pero as the day progresses dull headaches na lang hanggang sa tuluyan na siyang nawala after around one week. Napansin ko na lumiit beer belly ko, malakas din kasi ako uminom ng beer lalo na pag may okasyon 😂 😂 😂 At yung love handles ko lumiit na rin! Sinasabayan ko ng weight trainings at nag aabs training na rin ako ngayon, in fact konti nalang flat na ang tiyan ko 😮.. Sobrang effective siya guys try nyo, isa pa na napansjn ko kuminis balat ko, as in nawala mga tagyawat ko sa mukha as in kuminis promise. Kailangan talaga disiplina dito guys basta sundin nyo lang yung rules ng IF. Inom ka din madami tubig pag nakakaramdam kau ng hunger pangs, or kape. Dapat ung kape pure black coffee as in walang cream o asukal, pure black coffee lang. Basta guys legit ito proven ko to try nyo mag IF d kau magsisisi. Bdw ung ginagamit ko ay yung 16:8 method. Eating window ko is from 12noon hanggang alas 8pm lang.

      Nag-stop ako ng 2 months kaya day 4 ko palang today. Sobrang sakit nga ng ulo ko ngayon tas nagccrave ako ng kung ano ano 😂😂

    Before 70kg ako nag diet zumba counting calories heathy food nag lose ako ng 50kg then wow within 8months lang kasi sobrang nagtyaga ako. Then 2years ko syang na maintain. Now nakilala ko c jowa unti unti ako nag gain ng wait ksi si jowa tlga food is life then ako nag enjoy din prang nasabik din ako sa real foods ayun 3years na ako panay kain ksi 3years nadin kmi ni jowa. nag gain ako ng 85kg at plan ko ulit mag balik alindog target goal weight ko ngayon is 45kg na, naaayon lang sa height ko sa totoo lang lahi ksi tlga nmin ay tabain kaya this is my first day mag dyeta i Goodluck nyo naman ako hahahaha ibang way naman ang ggwin ko hnd ktulad dti zumba at healty foods ngayon try ko naman tong IF sna mag work yet mag calorie counting pdin ako then avoid nlng sa food na sobrang alat, tamis at ma oily na pagkain kasi tlgang need ko ng gwin to nging acidic na ksi ako. Kaya balitaan ko kayo after a year or months. Sorry nobela. Thanks sa info napaka dling intindihin ng paliwnag mo about sa IF. 😘

    Start doing this during ECQ nakaya ko siya dahil nakapirme lang sa bahay walang tukso ng fastfood unlike kapag nasa labas. After 2 weeks I lose almost 3kg. 😊

    new subbie. promise effective sa akin.. sa isang day kumakain ako 4-6 pm. then wala na. next ko na kain kinabukasan na 4 to 6 ulit. pero I drink a lot of water more than 8 glasses. nagstart ako nov 25, from 80kg now is nov 30,75kg na ko... pero kain ko kasi nasa 300 to 400 kcal Lang. counting calories is very important... goal ko 54 kg kasi Yung ideal sa height ko.

      Kumusta IF mo sis? Same tayo 54kg ang ideal weight ko but I'm 85kg now. I've tried 16/8 before for a week and effective talaga. Pero dahil food is life. Stop na naman. Need discipline talaga ako. Start IF ako ulit bukas.

    nag keto po ako .. last month but sa mahal ng bilihan nag give up ako pero now napanuod ko po yung videos mo ulit bigla po ako na inspire at biglang nabuhayan na sundin po ulit mga turo mo .. nabawasan na ko ng 15kg 100 ako last august then nag keto ako 85 nalang ako then nagkaproblema po sa work . ayun na short budget po ako kaya kung anong meron yun nlang yung kakainin . kaya bumalik timbang ko 90kg na ko .. nag increase ng 5kg .. pero ngayon kahit walang budget nakakagana nkakabuhay po yung pananalita nyo more blessings to come po :) sobrang inspire po ako sainyo always ako nanunuod :)

    Currently I weigh 90.8 kgs, and I have high visceral fat and excessive body fat. This is according to our annual physical exam. Also my body age is already 49, though Im just 24. Hoping this will be effective for me, coz I really want to change my lifestyle.

    7 months na ko nagfa-fasting. From 86 kg to 72 kg na lang. Ang fasting ko lang within 24 hours ay 16 hours at 8 hours naman feasting, pang-beginner lang talaga. 😍 Kung may palya man ako sa fasting binabalik ko lang din agad sa 16-8 ulit. Hahaha. 😆
    Edit: 21 y/o male with a height of 5'8" feet. 😂 From overweight to normal na siya. 😍
    Sa sobrang sanay ko na sa intermittent fasting feeling ko magkakasakit ako kapag magbebreakfast ako. Di na ata sanay katawan ko mag-breakfast or mag-early lunch. 😆 I love IF. 😄

    Ang dami kong natutunan sayo ganda.. House wife ako with 2kids ang weight is pumalo ng 216 pounds with 5,3' kaya super obese nako😭 but this year 2019 i decided to change or mag loose ng weight at sa dami ko ng napanood sayo lang ako nag enjoy at daming nalaman cguro dahil tagalog😂 but anyways thank u so much at sana pumayat na talaga ako this year or maka pag bawas man lang.. Nag start nako nung jan. 03 so far medyo nakaka ramdam pa ng gutom pero nakakaya ko na ang 16/8 salamat sa mga info mo godbless😘

      Mag OMAD ka nalang..
      Mas madali pa.. at mas mabilis un resulta kaysa sa ibang IF method..
      Tiisin mo lang un "First week of hell" kapag nalampasan muna un easy easy nalng un mga following days..
      By the way.. 98kg ako before ako magtry ng OMAD.. Now, almost 1 month na ako nagfafasting & 85kg nalang ako ngayon...
      Typical exercise lang ginagawa ko
      Jogging sa umaga..
      Basketball sa Gabi..

    Ako din .. na try ko na yan. Na hindi ko alam IF na pala yon. Dati kasi 2pm to 10pm kasi duty ko 7pm to 12noon ito yong 16hrs wlang kainan . Kasi nag titipid tapos tamad mag luto. 10am na kasi ako nakaka gising. Kaya ok lang pala 16hrs. Kaya pala lumiit ako. Pero nag stop na ako sa work. Balik taba na naman ako.

    Bago q pa napanuod 2ng video na 2 ginagwa q naung 16 hours intemittnt diet and sobrang effective nia skin
    Ginawa q ndin ung diet na light meal lang sa umaga at tanghali sa gabi dina q kumakain pero di aq ganun kdali pumyat pero ung 16 hours grbi ung effect nia skin weeks lang tlga as in hehe

    Last 2017 from 63kls to 54kls di ako aware fasting na pla ginagawa ko kasi di nako ng bbreakfast more on water with himalyan salt ang iniinom ko at lunch lng ako kumakain. At pag dinner nmn water nlng.tapos naun medyo ng gain weight n nmn ako kaya balik na ulit sa diet;4 days nako di ngririce at umiiwas na din sa sweets disiplina at kontrol lng tlga sa srili sana ma achieve ko ulit goal ko.thanks ms aileen naiinspire ako mg diet na ulit para healthy im starting po un fasting for beginners.

    Yan yung method dati pa after 6 no rice pero keto / protien plus intermittent napkaeffective 1 kilo per week pero pagsanay k na tatagal mas mabilis na sya magbawas ng timbang pero no rice no carbs and sweets napaka effective

    Hello! Kaka simula ko lang mag fasting a week ago. I started with 12 hours eating - 12 hours fasting, this week nag 10 hours eating - 14 hours fasting.. ang hirap at first kasi sanay talaga ko kumain every 3 hours (not even joking). Sana i can keep up on it! And napaka good vibes ng video mo, & thanks sa mga infos :)

    Practicing IF since 2018 pero di rin ako consistent hahaha pero this year ang pinaka longest fasting ko which is 34 hours. Sana next time mas mahaba pa doon para makapag heal ang katawan kase ang katawan natin parang makina need din ng pahinga hehe.

    I did this, napanuod ko yata si Ate 2019 pa....sorry if now lang ako naka-comment but after 2 mos since ginawa ko IF naglose ako agad ng 10 kilos, sobrang thankful ako sa video na to kase dito ko tlaga naintindihan ng sobra kung paano ung technique! Sobrang like ko yung explanation na kumukuha ung body natin sa stored fats natin to produce energy pag di tayo kumakaen sa loob ng 16 hrs...yun naging motivation ko tlga para hnd kumaen ng 16 hrs and naitawid ko siya at ngayon nakakaporma na ulit ako gamit mga damit ko na di ko na maisuot dati or maisuot ko man pero halata dati mga bilbil ko heheh...thank you tlga sa video mo Ate dahil dito pumayat ako, actually until now IF pa din ako pero di na ko strict kaya name-maintain ko nlng ung weight na na-achieve ko!     I have a question po. In case nasa fasting period ka, pero nagluluto ka. You have to taste iyong niluluto mo to check kung maalat or if it needs more seasoning. Will it break your fasting period?

    I used to do an Intermittent Fasting and it really works on me, however, as I see it for myself, I sometimes go for my cheat day and its really bad for my routine. Now I'm doing again my IF, I make sure na continue na sya. Thank you zow much for sharing your ideas, and having so much effort to give details on the description box. Good job girl 😊😙

    Based on research yung sinasbi nyang effect ng autophagy starts on the 14th hour. Dun yung sinasbing anti aging effect since kinakain ung old cells. Also if u want to prolong your fast u can take black coffee no sugar or cream dahil may calories yun hence mbbreak mo yung fast mo.

    Ako I do 16 hours, 18 hours to 20 hours. Kumakain pa din naman ako ng rice in moderation. Pag nasanay ang tyan mo sa limited food , sumasakit pag maraming kinakain. Ang ini avoid ko lang talaga as in ay yung mga junk foods saka mga biscuit and pastry. Malakas pa din ako sa coffe pero ang sugar ay equal gold, pero during fasting time water and black coffee lang. From 110 kg in 2 weeks naging almost 118kg. Hindi naman ako nagmamadali , enjoy lang natin

    Bago Lang ak sumobok Ng IF 10:Am ak kakain. 5:pm naman Ang close na Dina ak kakain.minsan nagiging ung 16hour's ko Nagiging 18 to 19 hours..sa DAMI Kung work...Sana effective sa akn😊😊😊

    16hrs na ndi kakaen tpos 8 hrs ka pwede kumaen? Tama po bah? So kung kakaen ako ng 11am, sa 7pm stop na ako kumaen? Ako kasi ngayun ndi na tlga ako kumakaen ng rice and no soft drinks. Ang kinakaen ko lang ay ulam lng,pero minimal lang din, pwede po bang oat meals at egg nalang kainin ko?

    Maganda mag fasting pag gabi di kakain kc ma22log kna nun kumbaga di ka masyadong active.sa umaga mas active kaya dpat kumain.fasting aq ng 5pm hanggang 10am dun plng aq kakain.

    I'm doing I.F for 3days na , pero may mali lang kasi kapag nagugutom ako skyflakes kinakain ko e katumbas pala yon ng 1 cup of rice this time I will do I.F without skyflakes na water nalang and sa 8hrs window 2 meals lang ako. Thankyou for sharing your vid. You really inspired us. 😌🥰

    To add, coffee during the fasting period must be just black.. no sugar and cream allowed. Also, Tea is allowed as long as it has 0 calories. Green tea is okay because it has 0 calories however other types of teas with calories will break the fast thus is not allowed.
