I couldn't figure out why this was so funny, until I realized people were thinking of a women's halter _top._ The "halter" on a horse or donkey is the head harness that the lead line (think large leash) is attached to. My daughter's horse had a bright pink halter. She got excited at her 12th birthday party when she got a "breast collar" for a gift. The non-horse owners at her party didn't quite know how to react.
This is just a little over 10 years old, yet appears so ancient with those bits glued to a cardboard, when today they just show tweets etc. Analog vs digital basically...i wonder if the difference was as huge in 1210 to 1220...or 1940 ti 1950... the world is changing ever so rapidly it seems
To save costs it's not uncommon for advertising companies to use pictured from foreign publications. A German company used a picture from Australia of a man who looked German. He was in fact a wanted German conman who had fled overseas to escape the law.
For the donkey wearing a halter, yes it can be a woman's top but also it can (and most likely in this case is) rope, cloth or leather straps that extend from the collar to below the front legs of an animal to provide a strong attachment point for a leash without choking the animal like a collar alone can do. I am no farmer but I haven't heard of that being used on bigger animals like a donkey but they are used for cats and small dogs for this purpose.
Funny stuff but as for the train one at 7:00 a cigarette will not cause diesel fuel to ignite, it requires a much hotter temperature, My dad taught me this by throwing a cig into a bucket of diesel fuel ( what a sense of humor)!!!
The picture of the guy standing in front of the balloons is funny. Reminds me of a picture of Obama with a crystal chandelier and pearly string lamps on each side, making it look like he was wearing a tiara and earrings. Or the picture of the football player doing a victory jump pose while bent forward and the sidelines setting off controlled fire in a victory cheer, but having it look like the player was farting fire from his ass (Leno said "This is why you do not go to Taco Bell before the big game.").
Fun fact: Diesel doesn’t “burn” the way gasoline does. You could throw a lit cigarette into a pool of diesel fuel, and nothing would happen. Diesel engines are compaction, not combustion engines.
Diesel fuel is mostly oil so it doesn't have the high flammability traits like gasoline. You can hold a flame to a puddle of diesel, it will light after a min but not explode.

It's the fumes which ignite. Diesel fuel is not volatile enough.
