My problem is a bit different. Whenever I achieve a goal, I take a break to relax and all the habits/momentum i had built along the time is gone. And when I have start again, I have to start again from scrap like really forcing myself to sit down for an hour a day and then trying increase that time over next weeks/months.

Just increase the bar before you do reward yourself. If you're not on the borderline of failing to achieve all your planning tasks on your todo lists, you're not pushing hard enough.

Cal before deep work your how to be a straight a student book changed my life when you introduced the idea of psuedoworking. I would love it if you made a video on this. That one simple easy to begin trick can really change things for a lot of people. Once it’s pointed out to people it’s a very easy on ramp into your strategies for people to be able to try.

The title says "discouagement". You should change that.
