    ⚪ VIDEO DESCRIPTION ⚪
In this video I answer questions such as:
Why are black people so fast and explosive?
What ethnicity is the most durable?
Why are fighters from Dagestan so good?
How to fight against a Brazilian?
What are white peoples greatest strengths?
Which ethnicity is the hardest to fight?
Of course every person is an individual and it's impossible to say all people of a certain race are exactly the same. This video is meant to give an overview and provide insights into the genetic variations in MMA fighters through MY OWN personal experience.
Black people have always seemed to dominate any sports involving fast and explosive movement, and with 5/8 of the male UFC champions being black athletes, we have quickly seen this transfer into MMA.
Asian fighters seem to have an ability to take more damage than the average person. We can see this clearly with the people I fought personally... or just look at the Korean Zombie and Rodtang from ONE FC.
Brazilians are so diverse but generally the ones you see in MMA are EXPLOSIVE. But you will also find the Damian Maia types with not one fast twitch muscles in sight, just a killer isometric squeeze and high level Jiu Jitsu.
White people also come in many forms from ginger haired killers that don't feel pain to massive Scandinavian Vikings who will squeeze your head clean off.
High elevation in Dagestan may play a part in why everyone from there seems to have great cardio, but they are also extremely powerful and tough as well.
If you don't already know, my name is Kajan Johnson. I fought in the UFC for a number of years against some of the top talent in the world (including Islam Makhachev), and have been a martial artist for over 20 years! I trained at Tristar Gym in Montreal under the great coach Firas Zahabi and along side UFC Champion Georges St. Pierre many years. Now, I'm here to share every thing I've learned with you here on this channel and in my upcoming course PRO FIGHT GUIDE. 🚨 Make sure to subscribe to catch our new vids first!
