WOW!! One of the greatest fights in the UFC, IMHO!.. Both were all over it. No disappointment unless you're pulling for one or the other. Who isn't ...but still epic.
We will never get a 3rd fight . Will go down as one of MMAs what ifs? Could u imagine the run it back following Conor winning 155 belt from Eddy? Now imagine a Nate win for the title in this 3rd fight . UFC would of lost alot of cash. That's why UFC never made it happen. Following Mac's return against Khabib the UFC wasn't willing to risk a Conor loss so he got cowboy. Then Dustin was his quickest path to the title so he got that . Now if he beat Dustin. Then won the belt , UFC would of put the 3rd fight together knowing Mac's confidence be at all time high and also knowing they shlefed Diaz at this time so the ring rust would of been legit. However MMA gods didn't see fit to let that happen . Also in reality I think we all can clearly see Diaz won rounds 3 4 and 5 of the second fight clearly and with ease . Dana gifted Conor this win .
I watched a short documentary about Connor just now, he gained weight, all possible drugs are used, he became an alcoholic and a bit more of a party-goer, and I can say that Connor McGregor reminds me of a friend of mine... first she was dedicated to sports, now she is dedicated to drugs... I guess it has to be like that, after a while everything just gets boring for you and then you start taking drugs, drinking and other things, because while you were in sports, you didn't have time for things like that...
It's super wild to see the output between the 2, even within the first 2 rounds. Conor was really busy, and Nate seemed okay to take some punishment. Those leg kicks were kinda ultra nasty.
@@hope4thebetter the guy who runs and is clearly scared is the guy who loses in real life. Nate gets bloodied in every fight. Also if you gotta make imaginary stats up to make your point you have no point. Nate outstuck Connor 252 - 197 and kept the pressure on the whole fight. Try again.
In terms of rounds I had it Round 1- Connor Round 2- Nate Round 3- Nate Round 4- Connor Round 5- Nate But…. I still think Conor did much more damage. Hard to judge. Incredible fight
Damage is the main criterion for who wins a round. Diaz did a lot of slapping, but not much damage apart from at the end of round 3. I had 1,2,4 for Conor, 3 for Diaz, not sure about 5.
Round 2 was close, but you have to give it to Connor. He did a lot more damage. You can't take lack of fatigue and a comeback over a knockdown and much higher damage.
That is why Nate is such a well rounded fighter. He’s an amazing boxer, he’s also amazing at highly technical ground styles, and he can match anyone’s ferocity. But I think what I love the most is that he knows how to play the mind games. People think he is super slow but it’s just his style and how he is. The man can really read the room or read the octagon 😂. He is great at guessing what his opponent is up to. He is Great fighter definitely one of the best.
Nate Diaz definitely lost this fight But unpopular opinion The longer the time limit is, the rreater his chance of winning Bro always win when there's only a few seconds left
Nate gets dropped once and gets his ass beaten for 4 minutes straight without landing a shot but lands a flurry for 10 seconds at the end* Commentary: So 1-1?
Is it me, or does it look like Diaz was robbed..? I mean sure, McGregor had some success in the first two Rounds, but also only sporadically.. basically his best bits were those two "knockdowns" and leg-kicks.. whilst Diaz was MUCH more active and clearly landed more punches.. I mean relatively speaking the fight was quite close, and the argument could be made that Diaz was "damaged" much more in the end.. BUT, I think this was less about who actually won and more about extending money-making competition/animosity between McGregor and Diaz.. CLEARLY Dana White had a final word in this one.. trilogy between McGregor and Diaz is worth much, MUCH more then a "regular" tittle contention fight.. I think if Nate wanted to win he had to either submit Connor, or get him on his back few times for some ground-and-pound, or achieve few "knockdowns" of his own.. Although by all metrics in a regular fight Diaz would've won, as he was "fresher" in the end (regardless of the cuts) and MUCH more aggressive, especially in the last two Rounds..
I disagree. McGregor landed a lot more damage. They were clean, precise and he had a game plan. Diaz did some damage with his hail mary haymakers but that looked more desperate than anything. Im no McGregor fan boy by any means but I would hand this one to him. He bloodied Diaz up and delivered some seriously good combos. Diaz just doesnt stop. Pretty sure you could beat his skull inside out and he'd still lumber his way towards your fists. He is crazy.
@@NMayhem I can see how they awarded Conor, with his first two very strong rounds, and a good third round, as Nate was coming into his own, and Conor was starting to gas. But the final two, as gassed as he was, Conor kept it up. 3rounds Conor 2 rounds Nate? If it went the other way, first two rounds Conor, and Three rounds Nate, I wouldn't feel like that would have been a bad decision either. (But I'm just a fan of fighting sports, not a pro score counter) It was a great fight, and both men gave all they could in the five rounds they had... Now, if in an alternate universe, where we got to see a 12-round fight, by the last four rounds, Nate would dominate. I have no doubt.
I agree 48-47 mcgregor as a Nate fan . Rounds 1-2 were clearly mcgregors rounds, 3 for nate, 4 was closer but mcgregor takes it, round 5 clearly for Nate
I realize this is somewhat of a pentacle for the sport, and these are top tier athletes, and this boutique was without a dull moment... Still. Still if I squint my eyes I can imagine any modern fighter doing this exact same generic tango. Gone are the days of this type of fighter vs that type. They are all the same, everyone's trained in mma. That means not only do the fights blur together but also the fighters themselves. Bummer.
It's a lament for the early days of UFC, where the fights were more style vs style. Now everyone trains the same BJJ/striking. The sport has just changed.
I swear Nate just plain doesn't care if he ends up dead... That Round 1 already would've been it for most of the roster. Holly fucking shit...

WOW!! One of the greatest fights in the UFC, IMHO!.. Both were all over it. No disappointment unless you're pulling for one or the other. Who isn't ...but still epic.
What a fight we needed to see the 3rd one 🔥
That's not UFC 303 Clickbaiter
are u dumb
It's what every ufc channel does when a fighter who's on a upcoming card, they'll upload old flights to hype up the new event
@@fifthboa Exactly
There should have been odds on if Connor made it lol. Turd!
@@fifthboa They don't hype up the new Event. They just want the clicks
Connor must unlock the Breathing Through Gums skill.
14:33 NATE DIAZ ON FIRE
I watched a short documentary about Connor just now, he gained weight, all possible drugs are used, he became an alcoholic and a bit more of a party-goer, and I can say that Connor McGregor reminds me of a friend of mine...
first she was dedicated to sports, now she is dedicated to drugs...
I guess it has to be like that, after a while everything just gets boring for you and then you start taking drugs, drinking and other things, because while you were in sports, you didn't have time for things like that...
nate never loses he just runs out of time
That’s because Nate has ligma
@@omegamanGXE whos nate
@@NobodyReallly natema balls!! (gottem)
😅@@omegamanGXE
Hard fight but McGregor edge Nate Diaz out for the win, it was definitely the right decision 👌
One of the greatest fights of alll time. Absolute TANKS.
McGregor was saved by the Bell .
Nate got skooled
At this point Joe Rogan is DJ Khaled... another one hahah
It's super wild to see the output between the 2, even within the first 2 rounds. Conor was really busy, and Nate seemed okay to take some punishment. Those leg kicks were kinda ultra nasty.
I scored it:
Round 1 - Conor
Round 2 - Conor
Round 3 - Nate
Round 4 - Conor
Round 5 - Nate
Conor must’ve asked them to post this
Haha
No it was for sure Dana
Why so everyone could remember him losing this fight and being given the W to keep ticket sales up
@@satchelito1514 yeah bud. Nate got outstruck and knocked down 3-4 times in this fight, got bloodied, got his leg destroyed. Keep dreaming.
Try again.
Facts!
That second round was the deciding factor
Diaz much bigger than Connor. That makes a difference just after a round or 2. This is also one of the best fights I've seen from Diaz.
Imagine getting your ass kicked & listening to Joe Rogan Narrate every single move that is being made while it’s happening 😂
I feel Nate won this fight as well as the first one. I think he won rounds 2 and 3, but whatever
Well I commented on this without realizing it was a five rounder
@@CaseyMauldin-e3i how on gods green earth do you score the 2nd round for diaz lmao he got knocked down multiple times
What did he do the second round? Nothing
Diaz was smart to fall down and take a breather, rather than take more punishment and possibly get KO'd. It looked like a deliberate strategy to me...
My god... How did he survived those leg kicks
Because he was on ligma
My two favorite fighters. Such different styles but respect for both ❤
In terms of rounds I had it
Round 1- Connor
Round 2- Nate
Round 3- Nate
Round 4- Connor
Round 5- Nate
But…. I still think Conor did much more damage. Hard to judge. Incredible fight
How the hell did you score round 2 for Nate ? He got knockdown
Damage is the main criterion for who wins a round. Diaz did a lot of slapping, but not much damage apart from at the end of round 3. I had 1,2,4 for Conor, 3 for Diaz, not sure about 5.
I do t thi k so,do t met the blood sway your decision, its easy to bust nate up in the face, scar tissue
Nate got absolutely pieced up in r2 until he made a little comeback in the last 90 seconds. Conor won that round
Round 2 was close, but you have to give it to Connor. He did a lot more damage. You can't take lack of fatigue and a comeback over a knockdown and much higher damage.
Excellent fight one of the best in UFC 's history
What up UFC India?!
I will never get bored of watching this match
Conor and Diaz actually made UFC so popular! They are true fighters who did the real bloody fights
Damn that was close
That is why Nate is such a well rounded fighter. He’s an amazing boxer, he’s also amazing at highly technical ground styles, and he can match anyone’s ferocity. But I think what I love the most is that he knows how to play the mind games. People think he is super slow but it’s just his style and how he is. The man can really read the room or read the octagon 😂. He is great at guessing what his opponent is up to. He is Great fighter definitely one of the best.
Nate Diaz definitely lost this fight
But unpopular opinion
The longer the time limit is, the rreater his chance of winning
Bro always win when there's only a few seconds left
its crazy right
Best fight, to legendary fighters fight and respect each other when knocked down
Repent Jesus Christ is coming soon
amen
Amen
Amen
Bruh I'm ain't worshipping a god who goes to the bathroom
@@eggknight2659 are you stupid
Right decision. Not one of those who ate more punches type deals which seems to happen so often in mma.
Nate gets dropped once and gets his ass beaten for 4 minutes straight without landing a shot but lands a flurry for 10 seconds at the end*
Commentary: So 1-1?
Crazy bro 😂
conor had rounds 1 , 2 and 4 . i love nate and conor but this is clear to see , still razor close
This is why Khabib will for ever live in the shadow of these man. This is how you FIGHT AND MAKE A LEGACY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
seeing coner win makes me so happy
Looked like two bloodied up gladiators by the end
Dias is the only one bleeding
Diaz yes, McGregor have Diaz blood on him.
Cool that Diaz helped macgregor up after the horn.
I had it even going into 5th round and MacGregor dropped his man twice on his ass , yeah?
They should do the rubber match
thats crazy...conor was defo 3-1 up...he won 1,2 and 4
Nate ate enough leg kicks to permanently alter the way any average human walks for the rest of their life. Lol 😮
And left hands...😂
To this very day nate won this fight I'm a fan of both but nate won this
Conor won 1,2 and 4
If you don't see that then get of the medications
Also knocked down nate 3-4 times
Conor won and that's how It is
You are right Connor won
@@T1TopConor won 1 and 2. After that he got tired and Nate took over. Conor ran away for the last 3 rounds 😂
@@The_R-n-I_Guy he won 4, go rewatch ot simpleton
@@T1TopYou're high if you think Conor won 4. He was gassed after round 2.
Crazy fight. Both of em were on the brink of sleeping at multiple points and they both willed themselves through it. Savages
Yeah but at least Nate got paid good I hope!
Mcgregor won there’s no debate
You are right. Bell saved mcgregor 3 times, he would have lost if not for it.
I have no doubt.
you should've seen them playing Monopoly against each other, it was brutal
Gokil bet dah diaz,
One of the best fights of all time 💯 🔥
this wasn’t ufc 303
UFC will post old fights to advertise for new events.
Conor sadly won't be fighting in 303 due to a broken toe. :( UFC India needs to update their description
Have to disagree with that decision but incredible fight.
Kalo bertarung sampai mati gue yakin Diaz menang, warrior parah
why tf does the title say UFC 303? when this fight took place in Aug 2016 ufc 202? all the title are misleading
Baite thumbnail lol
Baaaaaaaam very great fight! Congrats ...
crazy to think conor performed like this whilst moving up 3 weight classes , both are legends and a great fight nonetheless
Pound for pound....I think nate is a good fighter...he's my favorite fighter...he's just a cool person...he says what he means...
I agree 48-47 mcgregor as a Nate fan . Rounds 1-2 were clearly mcgregors rounds, 3 for nate, 4 was closer but mcgregor takes it, round 5 clearly for Nate
Remember when this fight went down Still awesome nat and Connor left nothing in their tanks GRAT FIGHT MEN.
Warriors.
Nate may not be the best fighter but man, his endurance and drive is unmatched
I realize this is somewhat of a pentacle for the sport, and these are top tier athletes, and this boutique was without a dull moment... Still. Still if I squint my eyes I can imagine any modern fighter doing this exact same generic tango. Gone are the days of this type of fighter vs that type. They are all the same, everyone's trained in mma. That means not only do the fights blur together but also the fighters themselves. Bummer.
Horrible take on Combat sports. NFL is calling you back. Or watch men bounce balls.
It's a lament for the early days of UFC, where the fights were more style vs style. Now everyone trains the same BJJ/striking. The sport has just changed.
