Should Francis be considered as France as well? Haven’t finished the video yet but now that we’re fucking around with izzy and kamaru I figure it would only be fair.
If you are considering only today’s scenario Brazil is not first. But in history is undeniable Brazil is the country of Fighting, MMA was created there, UFC was created, by a Brazilian Rorion Gracie. Brazil has the 2nd most champions and UFC fighters in history, but you need to consider UFC is based in America and in other events around the world Brazilians are more successful than Americans. And we also need to consider the social differences between the 2 countries. Russia I think is shelf below they have great fighters but not even close to the volume Brazil and US has, they only had 3 UFC champs so far.
I havent watched yet but This Will be an all time great
A problem with France is their most famous and feared military branch is the Foreign Legion... so not French.
Edit: A problem with China is they made protecting fake martial arts a matter of national pride
Because they are mostly not about fighting but about philosophy. China is just weird bro 😅trust me I lived there
😂 this should have not made me laugh that much
@kelewis8039 I'm happy it did, I was trying pretty hard lol
@@hanzat_molemaev Lol it was a good one brother.
Great vid. Would love to see a dominoes menu items tier list next!
As a spaniard I ddnt expect to be in that list but maybe next year with new ones Alex Topria amd Dani Barez. Right now we have Ilia who is top 5 at fw and next title contender and Joel Alvarez whose hype was derailed by Tsarukyan over a year ago but I think he will come back to the top 15 soon. Juan Espino just retired not because of his age but for his endless injuries, I think he couldve been a top 10 HW or even higher. Alex Topuria can be top5 and title contender at BW and Dani Barez could get into the rankings in 3 or 4 fights at Fly weight.
cringe
Been waiting for this one!
Sad to see Czech Republic on D tier. Hopefully there will be more fighters in UFC soon. MMA is actually getting really huge here, I would consider it like the second most popular sport. We have got some really talented fighters. Matěj Penáz will be a problem one day. Count my words!
How'd you think Canada feels? From having a GOAT to being on the bottom of the list ;(
Polands population dwarfs Australias population, they're really not a small country.
I cannot believe you didn’t make it into Rigo's most recent tier list. You got totally snubbed.
I was thinking why Italy is even in this list... And then Marvin screamed in my mind ... "How the fuck is that even a questtttion?"
pulls out Italian flag: let's talk about Ireland..
lmao
Nice bro 😎
Ngannou fighting for France and Chimaev Sweden lol
Love this content
The non leech mention snub is the most casual thing the Guru has ever done.
Really want to see what Iran can produce. Wrestling is historically a great way for their men to represent their country on the world stage but they need to catch up with MMA. Probably a lot of red tape around visa issues preventing many of them from accessing great training. But man I bet they could give us a few beasts.
If I am not mistaken, Beneil Dariush is kurd from Iran
even the best bjj is in America... fair list honestly.
Sexual orientation tier list has to be next.
Genderbender
Fight gym tier list next
Imagine living in a country that is stereotyped to have the nicest people in the world, having the whole world believe it and nobody ever having a problem with Canadians, just for Guru to come along and absolutely trash the country every chance he gets.
As a Canadian this was fucking hilarious to watch lol.
LOVE Canadians and the country, stereotype deserved, but you need to get rid of that knob Trudeau
At one point you could put AKA high on there. I think they held 3 belts simultaneously at one point.
Wasn’t it Cain Valesquez DC and Rockhold or am I brain damaged
@@kingt0295 Not to mention there were less belts up for grabs then.
DC was double champ too.
@@natel9019Crazy one Gym has done better in UFC history than China with 48 billion people
Forgot about the mens ranked fighters for China? 😆 Song Yadong and Su Mudaerji are both ranked; Song potentially a future champ, maybe Yan too for the women.
B tier at least imo!
Izzy?
Francis Ngannou started MMA in France
We need more tier list videos like at least once every other week😂😂😂
I wonder if Volk laid down any kind of blueprint for fighters to learn from when it comes to tackling the Dagestani style. If so, we could see them slip down the list instead of moving up, surely it's only a matter of time. Sandhagen I think could implement a style to cause Umar serious problems
Cory could but idk if he has the same explosive overpowering strength that volk has to implement and fully execute on what volk did but we’ll see maybe he’ll do something similar
Finally u were faster than Lucastracy
Kai Kara-France is also from NZ. NZ above UK per population 👌
Izzy is the only good fighter though, Kai is so overrated
@@mmaknowledge-wp7hpKai is in the top 5 he’s a valid pick for a really good fighter
@@kingt0295 Ok he can be considered a good fighter but Aspinall is in the top 5 and a future champ Allen is in the top 5 And We have Muhammad Mokaev who’s the best amateur fighter in the world and ranked 11 who would absolutely maul Kai let’s be honest, he’s a future champ 💯%
And that’s not mentioning 2 very tough champions in Bisping and Leon who had rough upbringings and went through a lot of adversity to get the belt. Unlike adesanya who got everything handed to him in a rich family with servants and anything he could ever want.
Brazil by far….. 🇧🇷
Second most champs. America is in the lead by far.
Brazil is the Soy Version of Canada MothaFucka🇨🇦 #Trudeau2024
MONEYYYYYYYYYYY
Fun video. Do one every year?
You forgot to add Francis to France, he was training there before losing to stipe
Dober wants an ethnicity list next
I laughed my ass off when he picked the italian flag and called it Irish
Soy flags
England have only ever had a max of one guy at any given time in the top 3 they aren’t close to Australian tier
Shout out South Africa 🇿🇦🎉 love my country!! We have Bokang Masunyane fighting at ONE and he's a beast 😁💪
putting moldova ahead of France and Canada is insane, putting USA ahead of Brazil is a crime.
Portugal number 1 when Kape gets the belt 🇵🇹🇵🇹🇵🇹
Siuuuu
We just cant mention "no chin" Fialho
Im only 2 minutes in and dying of laughter already!!!! Let’s fucking go Guru😂😂😂😂
Love you Guru but you cant put the UK above New Zealand considering population differences, you forgot to mention KKF as well
Nah u forgot Song Yadong on the Vhina part, future bantam champ!
China*
You literally mentioned David Dvorak 2 minutes before you started talking about the Czech Republic, then forgot to mention him as one of the Czech fighters 😂
Finally a Tier list
Last year Brazil had like 5 champions. Come on.... thats as S as it gets.
he's american... that's y the bias
@@konsta245 ummm...he is English 😅
Best chins next? Blagoy and Holloway A tier. Marvin vettori S tier
What about Armenia?
2.5 mil population: Arman Tsarukyan, Gegard Mousasi, Edmen Shahbazian, Armen Petrosian, Katlyn Chookagian
No idea how he overlooked that. Guru acting like a casual. There’s also Josh Parisian (top 30 heavyweight), and Melsik Baghdasaryan who’s solid and fun to watch.
@@BdhdheksnsbWho tf cares about a top 30 heavyweight though? Keep it to the rankings 🤣
Shabazyan is American
tsarukian fights out of russia
@@ItsameAlex If you’re just going to look at where they are fighting out of then 70% of the fighters are from the US. He’s 100% Armenian, and represents the Armenian flag, that’s all that matters.
