      That was so interesting. I have never seen anyone do jujitsu like that. It was incredibly dominant, I have never seen people stand back up out of positions while maintaining control it seems really efficient and seems to make transitioning much easier because your just moving your footing rather than having to snake your whole body on the floor. Kinda tragic I didn’t get to see more. But thanks for sharing.

    I believe their are unspoken rules in grappling ,I think it's based on moral and ethics as opposed to engaging in tactics that "get the job done " .Example it's ok to sit on my opponent and achieve full mount but it might be deemed disrespectful if I stand on him or use the blade of foot like a kick and try to crush his wind pipe to get the choke another one is while in full mount can you take your chin and stick in their eye socket 🤷.What's allowed and what's not allowed can vary based on each individual mind set also the gym they train at i guess.Is their a line to be drawn on what techniques can be done at the gym and at a tournaments or should would it be case where everything is allowed I mean I can grab my opponent hand but am not allowed to grab his balls 🤷 it's still a legit body part .Am just a white belt expressing curiosity.

    • @coachkajan
      @coachkajan  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The only unspoken rules that must be observed are the ones put here by god. The only man made rules that should be obeyed are the ones that are written clearly for all to see. The nature of combat is to use everything you have at your disposal to keep yourself safe. The easiest way to make sure I am safe is to destroy my opponent.

    Very weird style for sure! A lot of head pressure and a lot of straight arm resting your whole weight on your opponent’s limbs. I loved watching it! Not sure how I’m gonna practice the face posts and chin straps in sparring without making everyone hate me but I loved this style! I could imagine how awful and tiring it would be to get pressured like that 😂😂 looked very effortless and your opponents all looked very tired at the end haha! Amazing!
