Would something like this be open for foreigners to purchase outright? Thanks for showing us this one, the hubby and I were looking at buying from this villa but as it’s not developed yet, and some tales of caution of developers going under, wasn’t sure if this was legit. Would be great to have a video on how to decide on which developments to buy into without risk of it going unfinished
