@@charliewilliams746 - Try $8.8 US, and you have to be Thai to buy land in Thailand. Plus the land is only yours for 100 years. I don't see any generational wealth coming from that... 🙂
@@charliewilliams746 - What I meant to say was...You can buy an apartment, owned by an Asian, in Asian Countries, but you can't buy any land, if you aren't a native to an Asian Country. I.E., Thai for Thailand, Chinese for China, Filipino for the Philippines, etc...Have a Nice Day 🙂✌🏽
@@ericechols5806 As much as that irks me as an American that would love to buy land in Thailand, I completely understand the need for the law and wish the US would do the same. Wealthy foreigners and even US citizens are buying up way to much US property and making it hard for the average and below average income citizens to afford property. We need limits on how much US land an individual and corporation can buy. Citizenship should also be a priority.
