Not gonna lie A7X sounded bad, actually most bands got screwed. Whoever was running that board or set up the recording needs to be fired. I've heard better at local shows in the little dive places with a half drunk sound guy.

Was a musician for years, some how I listened to startset many many times on pandora and other streaming services and thought they were another band… This is by far one of the best live performances I’ve ever seen even tho I’m watching from a phone

I too enjoy Loudwire but this needed a, well quite a bit of pre production. But otherwise everything else was great. Appreciate all the work in this as well as all the other content, keep up the great work. My $0.02
Nice to see Gojira win something. One of my favorites, and I really liked Magma. Rooting for Body Count though. Very underrated band with a great recent album.

Watching the part where she accepted that award for Chester really got me thinking about what she said about stop fighting and hating people over stupid reasons. I love metal and rock music but if there is any crowd that needs to hear that message it’s that crowd. Clearly not all of us are like that but I feel like the metal and rock community is probably the most petty and hateful community of any other fandom. Go to any heavy metal or rock group in Facebook right now and you will see people posting a picture of a band they like and in the comment section you will see probably at least half a dozen people dishing out disgusting hate all over someone’s music preference. There are hundreds or thousands of artists that I’m not a fan of but I’ve never felt like I had to get online and get triggered over a picture of a band to the point that I need to do something as stupid as wish death on the person who posted the picture. And when he was talking about Chester it really made me start thinking back to the day Chester died and I remembered I was on Facebook and there were people that I had been associated with for years that weren’t Linkin Park fans but we’re fans of harder and heavier metal bands and they were saying things like how they were glad he was dead or saying that they were thinking God he was dead or saying who gives a shit that he’s dead his band sucked. Look I was never the biggest Lincoln Park fan I really love their first album but I I am much more of a fan of bands like Metallica and Pantera but even if I didn’t like their music at all to sit there and say you are glad someone is dead because a musical preference really is an eye-opener to just how pathetic a lot of people in this community are. Of course I blocked all those people and I just don’t need anyone that ignorant in my life. It is more than OK to not like any band, artist, movie, or television show just don’t listen to it or watch it. But if you find yourself screaming at people over entertainment preference just know you are coming off like a 40-year-old Virgin with horrible social skills and everyone is thinking you spend most of your time in your parents basement . If you were a big fan of death metal that’s great if you like classic metal that’s awesome if the rash is your thing cool man it’s mine too even if hip-hop or country is your thing it’s all entertainment and to each their own. But please realize hating someone over a type of music they make or listen to does not make you look intelligent it makes you look pathetic.
