My jaw DROPPED when you mentioned you're thirty. I will in fact be following your advice. I have sensitive, rosecea and acne prone skin so I've had my fair share of destroying my skin barrier. I cut my super extensive skincare routine to only 3 products, CeraVe Cleanser, CeraVe moisturizer, and Vaseline. Which did wonders for my skin. Instead ive been trying to maintain my health, because a lot of beauty comes from drinking enough water, eating and sleeping right. Also can I just mention you are absolutely stunning? Loved the video
Literally 2 days ago I was thinking on creating plan where I can obtain 80% of results for my beauty and healthcare just by doing 20% of the basics, and wow this is exactly what you did! I too realized we get advertising just of the things that represent 5 percent of the solution, thank you so much for this theory, I’ll go ahead and start a plan prioritizing the health level. You are so beautiful and so smart I love your videos ever since I discovered your channel
When you said bad posture and low activity level = saggy skin on face, I gasped and clutched my face (in my head.) My face has been SO saggy and this makes perfect sense. Thank you!
Yea, never forget that if you layer too much into your day and then don't get it all done, you're just creating extra stress from feeling you failed and that stress is something you want to have less of not more. Whatever people do in their day has to be 'doable' with time to spare to do other things so I do think you're on the right track. X
You area total beauty icon! I love how approachable your perspective on beauty is. You make it a very personal experience instead of some toxic “influencer marketing” trend/scheme. You actually speak with logical plans and advice that is rational and applicable to every day life. You’re such a gem to this planet! I didn’t know you spoke Korean?!
@@irinareina OMG I’m celebrating your progress big or small!!! Even B1 is a step ahead of not doing it at all! ! And if you think about it- you’re going against the grain too; like you’re dealing with anxiety and the crumbling planet lol I’m shouting out to @tirtir_global to sponsor you! Keep making the world smile! You’re a diamond!
Try esential oils for anxiety! Works amazing! And find the real cause of the anxiety! Because all the problems are from inside and from the emotional part. Nice to see your video and your theory❤
I agree - sustainable is really important - and what you do has to address more than one beauty need. So you maximise the impact of everything you do xx
Pareto principle where u focus on health mainly works if you have normal skin. Doesn’t work if u have any skin conditions, dry skin, acne, eczema etc. I would know cause I grew up eating super healthy n staying active n my skin has suffered from acne n eczema all my life. So for my super dry skin, oiling is bare minimum, yes it’s super time consuming n I wish I cud forgo it, but no, I just can’t.
A lot of times we eat “healthy” according to what people say, but it can turn out it’s not healthy for us. I grew out in very healthy environment, but I somehow got PSOS which after became the biggest reason for my acne. Just changing couple things in my lifestyle drastically improved my skin. We all so different and “healthy lifestyle” is different for everyone 😌
Thank you for sharing your theory! It's like you said, we all know what we need to do, but we are searching for easier ways, and this video was a good reminder to start taking care of healthy body! I loved the app that you were using to track your habits through the day, can you please share the app name?
Wonderful! Agreed! If everyone ate like arguably the worlds most youthful 82 year old, Annette Larkins, and used skincare from the worlds most vibrant arguably youngest looking former supermodel turned business owner Miranda Kerr (maybe some of the lovely Evan Healy skincare too!) and exercised like one of them that's all anyone would need to have vibrant skin and energy long into old age! Now to put together my superfood powder mix and start sprouting... 🤣
Hi, I use Dove spray for the past 8-10 years, mostly coconut or original sense. I was doing laser treatment back in 2019, but I stopped in the middle, so i have less hairs. I usually shave every 2-3 days, I can’t do waxing, it’s too painful for me
Hi, yes, I do have Russian channel, it’s much older videos (I stoped posting 3 years ago) and it’s more entertaining content, than lifestyle. It’s called: Рина Николь
I have had other girls repeatedly ask me what I use to get such clear glowing skin. My first advice that they hate hearing is stop wearing makeup. I use it sparingly. Wash your tools after every use and don’t store them in the bathroom. Wash your pillow covers more frequently in a free and clear detergent. Finally, use a simple lotion. I personally use vanicream. In the morning I give myself a short facial massage to help my lymphatic system. I also use dove sensitive skin bar soap for my face. I am 35 and teenagers are always shocked thinking I’m their age. You really don’t need 20 different products. I’ve done this process since I was 15 and it has never failed me. However, people who suffer severe skin issues such as cystic acne, eczema exc should consult a doctor as it requires specialized care. I would like to point out that my skincare practice is what dermatologists recommend anyways for these skin conditions. Severe cases of acne are usually the results of hormones and should be seen by a doctor.

Exactly! That is why I am in constant stress 😅
Once I cut out most of my routine (9 products) and cut it to cleanser, moisturizer, spf.. my skin cleared up within a week.
That is crazy 🙈🙈🙈 thank you for sharing

Exactly! i feel we should prioritise maximising effort-to-results ratio, not just the results because then we’ll all go broke 😂

Hello. Really like your content and your energy; do you have a Russian youtube channel? I'm learning Russian.
Hi, yes, I do have Russian channel, it’s much older videos (I stoped posting 3 years ago) and it’s more entertaining content, than lifestyle. It’s called: Рина Николь
Do you do something for your posture. Can you do some video. Because I have a problem but I can’t find any good video ❤
Yeah, check my last morning routine video, I do basic exercises 😌
loved it
thank you 😌
In love with your accent are you Ukrainian?!
I am Russian
How long did it take for you to learn Korean?
I think it’s been around 2 years, I am now on B1 level, hopefully I can reach C1 by summer
I wanna look like you in my 30s
