  • Does the Screenprotech work as well as people claim? How long does it take to install and how long does it take for the film to actually cure?? Is it common for water bubbles to last for weeks? Does it really hide scratch marks and provide a clearer view for the driver? Let’s find out!

I have a bunch of mods and I'm on my 3rd "3rd Gen" Tacoma. The ScreenProTech is my top 5 MUST for any vehicle. I had it on all my trucks and I just put it on the wife's new Hyundai. Quality company and outstanding product. Customer service is second to none. Super easy to install and there are many other instructional videos. The bubbles and haze will go away in about 1 week. Just let it set and about 7-10 days later, you will be shocked at how it all sorted itself out. Love Love Love this product!! Thank you for the video and spreading the good word

Scary how just about every video you make is like you were reading my mind. I was looking to purchase this exact brand when I learned that it not only made protective film for my Tacoma but also for my wife’s Outback as well. Thanks again👍

I added this to my big 22 Sierra screen and OLED dash, and wow what a difference. It enhanced the look, no fingerprints and super easy to apply. Looks amazing. I did the same to my A-pillars and equally unbelieveable!

If anyone is going to do this, I highly recommend removing the trim from the dash to do both the infotainment screen, but more importantly the cluster. Watch a video on installing meso customs air vent rings to learn how to remove the trim. It's miles easier to get it *perfect* and takes less than a minute longer. I wasn't happy with my first application, so I took the trim off for the redo and it was key.

One of my favorite videos yet! Nice to see other fellow OCD Taco owners out there.. lol. You’ve convinced me to give this a try. My cluster screen has a white like film all over it. Was there when I picked it up. I’ve been paranoid about trying to clean it given how notorious they are for scratching. Maybe dabbing at it with the provided cloth/solution first the wipe and apply.
I don’t suppose they include a small one for the climate control screen? I hear that scratches super easy as well.
Got the same glass protector as you for the infotainment screen off Amazon. With the cluster protection I can let them clean the interior at the car wash 😅

You know, I don’t believe they provide one for the climate control screen… however!?! You just gave me a pretty good idea! The set I got came with a couple extra protectors for the infotainment center that I didn’t end up using.. I might do a video of me measuring that little climate control spot, and then cutting out a piece of it with an artist blade! I’m sure it won’t be super easy but I think it’s worth a shot👍🏼. Stay tuned and let’s see what shakes out.

That’s an idea! Perhaps not easy but you have plenty of material to work with.
I never touch that little screen but the guys at the car wash wipe down the entire dash. I’m sure those rags aren’t the cleanest. I even thought about going as far as post-its on that and the cluster stopping them from cleaning them. I know.. I know.. It’s a truck 🤦🏻‍♂️

My 06 4runner has the same problem with that plastic. I replaced it with the oem , and a month later it had fine scratches in it again

Definitely seems to be a common trend across the board for Toyota.. I definitely recommend getting the ScreenProtech it’s been a great addition and fixed all the issues I was having with the gauge cluster and other plastic portions of my truck.

Right on! Like I mentioned in the video… took several weeks to completely clear, but looked great afterwards

Could the liquid you spray on and squeegee on the cluster damage the electronics?

It’s just water and a mild soap.. I guess anything is possible, but I don’t know of anyone who has had issues with this so far. 👍🏼
