Being serious, I'm gonna miss Kirby Canon, I love how reliable this series is, and reliability's pretty important for a franchise where the lore is this heavily discussed! I loved getting to re-experience what got me into this channel to begin with, along with the rest of the premiere chat, and I really will cherish this series.

6 and a half years. All of these years of Kirby lore. A series just made to bide time for Planet Robobot to come out turned into such an important series to your channel and made Kirby Lore kind of a meme? It’s weird you never hype up Kirby’s power that much and just say “yeah and Kirby beat the giant eyeball” while everyone else is like “KIRBY KILLED GOD….AGAIN”.
Even before this video comes out I’m just remembering first watching this series when I was just a casual Kirby fan. I just learned Triple Deluxe even existed, the sequel to my favorite platformer of all time at the time (and Triple Deluxe is my current favorite Kirby game). I remember waiting on the episodes about Star Dream and Void Termina. Hyped for your old episode on Dark Matter where you said nothing about what Dark Matter *actually* is. All of that *actually* in those old videos (and the best joke video on your whole channel). How you beat matpat at analyzing Kirby’s character.
I can go on for much longer but man, thanks for the Kirby lore content over the year.
These videos made me a fan of Kirby Lore, and it really makes me think of how dark it has become over the years. With the Mario Movie coming out, and if it’s successful, I hope the Kirby Franchise also gets its chance at the big screen or at least television (maybe directed by Alex Hirsch, who has his history of doing dark lore on shows). I’m just glad “What Is Kirby Canon” exists, and hopefully future Kirby Specialists remind us of this series.

I consider Kirby games to be divided into "Phases" like the MCU. For instance:
-Phase 1
Kirby Dreamland (1992) to Kirby 64: Crystal Shards (2000)
- Phase 2
Kirby Tilt 'n' Tumble (2000) or Kirby: Nightmare in Dreamland (2002) to Kirby Mass Attack (2011)
- Phase 3
Kirby 'Return To Dreamland (2011) to Kirby Star Allies (2018)
- Phase 4
Super Kirby Clash (2018) to date (Kirby Dream Buffet (2022)) also counting the spin offs
I think it’s appropriate to separate the spin-offs from the main line series unless they are important to understand the story in the games

i’d say phase 1 stops at KNiDL or Air Ride because sakurai left around there and i consider amazing mirror and the games that come after to be very different from the previous ones.
But K64 is still the “series finale” to phase 1. (I’d say phase 2 doesn’t really have one, mass attack maybe, and Star Allies is definitely the end of an era with Forgotten Land and Dream Buffet starting a new one)

Meteorz, I just wanted to say thanks for all of this. Without your amazing content, I never would’ve become as engrossed in the Kirby series as I am right now, and if I wasn’t, then I never would have joined the Kirby Amino and met so many great friends or had so many life changing experiences that really helped me step out of my comfort zone and truly blossom as a person. Those experiences were really crucial in helping me recover from years worth of trauma, back when I didn’t have a single real friend. And without all that, I never would have gotten into making digital Kirby art, and I never would have begun to pursue a career in graphic design. And without your Canon videos, I never would have started crafting short novels on Kirby lore stories, and as such I probably would have lost my lifelong drive to become a writer entirely! So I thank you for that. I’ll never forget becoming a moderator for this channel during a Splatoon 2 stream when you were amazed by my gaming skills. Believe it or not, even simple encouragement like that meant the world to a broken kid like me back then. Even just saying hi to me when I’d pop in for a live stream would make my day. I want to thank you for that, too.

What I really like about the lore when talking about Magolor is how he may have found an exit in space and time. Sure enough, he did in the Deluxe version of the game (and even made Kirby Clash canon while at it)

Sup, I have a theory:
Fecto Elfilis is another manifestation of Void
There are many details on the Forgotten Land game that support this
First let's look at it's powers, it is absolutely clear that he is cappable of using dream matter at will, just like when he escapes to his own dreams world, so it is pretty interesting when you remember that Void is a combination of the four main "forces" in Kirby lore: Heart, soul, darkness and *dreams*. So it is quite possible that Void not only can manifest itslef in heart or darkness beings (Kirby and Dark Matter), but also dream beings, just like Fecto Elifilis.
Now you will surely ask: What about its appereance?
Well I think that its humanoid-winged appereance was actually a result of gradually absorbing creatures in the "Forgotten Land" planet, explaining why Fecto Elfilis has so many animal traits, the antlers, the wings, the "deer legs" and etc.
So what about its original form?
This is also shown in the game, look at the shape it forms during and after absorbing Elfilin, it has a liquid-gaseous orb shape.
What other creatures are shown to have that shape?
Well those are Void and Dark Matter (Dark Matter presents a gaseous form in Dreamland 3 and Crystal Shards)
And lastly, let's look at "Chaos Elfilis"
Some of you may have noticed that I have mentioned heart, darkness and dream creatures unlike soul, this is because, I believe, all of Void offspring is already a soul matter being, that gives them the characteristic trait of an orb shape, and the similar attacks seen by these soul bosses.
Magolor Soul has the influence of Dark Matter, Soul of Sectonia has the Dark Mind corruption, originated from the mirror, Star Dream Soul OS and Marx present the power of Nova, and Nova was made by the Ancients thanks to Void itself, and Drawcia Soul? she presents dream power traits and the orb shape.
And Fecto Elfilis shows the "Forgo Soul" phase and also the dream matter powers.
What does all of this has to do with Chaos Elfilis?
Well, we already noticed that it is called "Species Born of Chaos", which is related to another theory I have, which implies that when two or more soul beings merge, a Chaos being is born, we have Fecto as the first one, so... Who could possibly be the second one?
That would be Morpho Knight, who interestingly, was created due to the judgement butterfly and *Galacta Knight*, who is surely part of the Kirby species (therefore another member of Void's offspring), this means that when the Morpho Knight essence and Forgo Soul combined, a Chaos creature emerged, which is Chaos Elfilis.
That took way longer than I expected but I think it is pretty clear, hope my english doesn't suck (I speak mainly spanish)

Just want to note, void taking the form of Kirby is likely due to Kirby’s influence on him, and not necessarily because Kirby *is* void. It wouldn’t necessarily make much sense.

Guys… I just had a thought… what if Kirby clash is the 4 heroes of yore? And the first ancient was Magolor… because he goes into clash’s timeline, and Aeon hero (dark) was galacta knight, who created void, and was sealed due to his power?
Morpho knight is a infinite void, who is a god of death, and tests Kirby’s power multiple times, and that butterfly is an eye for void or another super strong god, or a watcher of the heavens? Also, the true arena or ex modes could the the canonical version of the game? Because there’s no way galacta knight is not canon. And HR-D3 was an ancient device used by magolor, made from his memory of it in his past? And the timeline is a infinite loop?

Here’s an interesting thought I had: is the *entirety* of Kirby Super Star + Ultra a prequel/a re-imagining of Kirby’s Dreamland?
Everyone’s pretty much always assumed that Spring breeze was like a flashback basically, and that the rest of Super Star’s games take place when Super Star and/or Ultra released, but what if they *all* take place before Kirby’s Adventure?
For the most part, there’s nothing contradicting that idea. It might be strange to switch Meta Knight’s first two appearances, but it might also make more sense if his first role is the only one where he’s a full-fledged villain, and he already knew of Kirby before the events of both Revenge of Meta Knight and Kirby’s Adventure.
Super Star Ultra bookending the game with a retelling of the original Dreamland’s extra game makes this hold more weight I think.
There’s also the possibility that Spring Breeze isn’t even a retelling, but just Dedede pulling the same scheme again. I mean… I wouldn’t put it past him, and the description of spring breeze does say that Dedede is “up to his old tricks”. That would also make Kirby’s behavior in Squeak Squad more believable (biggest plot hole in all of Kirby)
EDIT: also fixes the proposed plot hole with the theory that the Kirby 64 Waddle Dee is Bandana Dee. if Revenge of the King happened *before* Kirby 64, he wouldn’t have been friends with Kirby yet.
Imagine how cool it would be if there was a secret bonus video at the end, just like the arenas!

Ok, so here is some more evidence/proof for the theory that Popstar's time flows different with the Forgotten Land. It was stated from the Kirby and the Forgotten Land Novel that released in Japan this summer.
It says:
"As expected, Kirby, you were in this world, too. I missed you!"
"Yes! I've been looking for other Waddle Dee's since a while ago."
"...Since before?"
"Yeah. After being sucked into the vortex earlier, I came to my senses on a shore, and I've been looking for them ever since!"
"...What? Uh... You know, Kirby..."
Bandana Waddle Dee looked at Kirby with a confused look on his face.
"Kirby, do you mean you were sucked into the vortex 'A while ago'?"
"Yes!"
"It's been a while since I came to this world after I was sucked into a vortex..."
Bandana Waddle Dee waved his hands.
I was looking for other friends like His Majesty and you every day."
"...what?"
"Even though I keep looking for it, I couldn't find a single trace..." That's when I met Elfilin and got close to each other. That's how we built a village and lived together."
"What?"
Kirby was dumbfounded because he didn't understand.
It's been so long since the Waddle Dee was sucked into the vortex that he's been building a village until now...?
Kirby just came to this world
"What's going on? We'd both be sucked in together..."
"Well, I don't know, but..."
Bandana Waddle Dee said, thinking.
"Isn't the time twisted in that vortex?" So no matter how much I get sucked in at the same time, I think the time and space was messed up."
Ok, so I think that this kindda supports the theory and I don't need additional explanation.
Looking at the end, it seems more like the VORTEX is what caused the time distortion, not the planets themselves, unless that's what you meant with your final sentence?
I'm going to miss "What is Kirby Cannon?". It's a shame we'll never get that video on Kirby's Cannon.
Actually though, "What is Kirby Canon?" was the most reliable source of lore for me and I'm gonna miss it a lot. Good luck in the future! :)

Hey Meteorz- I have a possible HUGE theory regarding Forgotten Land- that Fecto Elfilis is the result of Astral Birth Void obtaining Dream energy. This theory I put in the comments of your Fecto Elfilis video.
It’s implied that star Allie’s came before forgotten land but the events prior to forgotten land predate the threat of void. Since the ancients reverse engineered spatial teleportation technology so fecto forgo has been around for a really long time
@@aruce9 Yup. It's heavily implied that time flows faster in the Forgotten Land's dimension than Popstar's dimension. You see, Elfilin took a few days to recover after closing up the massive portal at the end of the game, but he came back to Kirby in about 5 seconds. RPG monger says that while the events of the game could have been around a few months, Popstar only would have experienced a few hours. As for my Fecto Elfilis theory, Elfilis would have been created way way WAY before the events of Forgotten Land, as that planet was just one of many planets it encountered in its conquest. Who knows how old or ancient Fecto Elfilis is?
54:39 And he even had to be mind controlled not once but TWICE in Kirby and the Forgotten Land, and the moment he's free of that control, even SACRIFICES HIMSELF WILLINGLY to save ONE Waddle Dee. He even Gives Kirby a Copy Ability Upgrade Blueprint as thanks, possibly the strongest one, even.

This obviously doesn't matter because it's just a game and sometimes contrivances happen to move the plot along, but I justify the Warp star being shot down by meta knight, but being unkillable by Galeem, by the fact that it was really obvious where Kirby was going in Revenge of Meta knight, he had to circle the ship, and land on it, it doesn't matter how fast you're going if someone knows WHERE you're going, you can always be predicted. However against Galeem, Kirby was just trying to get away, there wasn't a specific location he was headed in, so he just put the pedal to the metal and gtfo there.

i want an origin game for kirby where we see void being influenced by all the good in the universe, becoming kirby, and blowing into dream land on that spring breeze
I wanted to watch these and I did see some but I wasn't sure if there was a specific order so now I can finally check them all out and not miss anything!
For Magalor, I think that he is also human, same with Adeline, considering that the ancients might be human, which begs the question. Why does Magalor have powers, but Adeline is restricted to painting. I have a theory for such a question, the Master Crown gifted Magalor he’s magic, because Magalor never showed he’s powers in RTDL.
One last Dream Collection to bring this series to its true conclusion. And what a conclusion it is...

Wasn't the whole Kirby being related to dark matter and Void disproven? Pretty sure the devs said that Void is a blank canvas that simply was inspired by Hyness to take that form and when seeing Kirby it was inspired by him and decided mimicking his appearance.
Neither is it the origin of all matter and rather brought forth by a collection of all matter.
I have some good memories of this series, it's sad that you will go away from TH-cam. But I hope you will live the best life you possibly can!
Sad to see that it's over, but it had to end eventually. Not only is it really entertaining and engaging, but this series introduced me to Kirby lore, and is probably the best and most reliable place to learn about it.
In other Kirby lore videos there's a lot of times where something is either missing or wrong due to how common misconception is within Kirby lore, but here everything seems to be correct, and if it is speculation, you don't word it like it's complete fact.
Even with something like Void being able to be reborn into Kirby or Dark Matter depending on the energy they obtain; whenever, for example, I bring it up, I talk about it like it's fact because I feel like there's enough evidence to it, I strongly believe it and I really like the idea of it, but at the moment it's really just theories, and whenever it's brought up within this series that asterisk is always present.
Unfortunately I couldn't stay for the entire premiere as I had a gaming session planned at the 2 hour mark, but lag aside, it was great to be part of the premiere.
Thank you for making this series, following them for the past (at most) six years has been a blast, and I can't wait to see what you have planned for the rest of the year.

I’m a firm believer of Kirby and Metroid sharing a universe, as metroids are in dreamland 3, and you get the heart star from samus. So that could mean that Kirby and Metroid are in the same universe. Also meteorz has me interested in trying Metroid

I really love watching this series especially if you want to eat and watch at the same time so it mostly contributed to that, if there are ever any other mainline Kirby games in the future I know you’ll make a video about it (or maybe you’ve stopped doing that idk it’s been a while). And side note Flamberge is literally me in a nutshell lol

One thing about Bandana Waddle Dee. There is a small hint that he may be the same Waddle Dee from 64 in, of all things, the exclusive to Japan Light Novel.
In the Light Novel series, Kirby's main partner is, initially, a Waddle Dee seemingly like any other...until he puts on the Blue Bandana.

You know, considering we got the story on how Magolor escaped and reformed, something tells me at some point we’re going to get a story on how Susie escaped Another Dimension as well. Heck, maybe even a story on how Taranza got the Dimensional Mirror? Eh, who knows? Probably some silly pipe dream of mine.
I get again beg that you have someone else who is passionate about kirby lore take over this channel instead of letting it fall into the abyss. Please we need someone with speculation leading this community.
