Thank you so much for another inspiring video! I love your idea of making pillows in different patterns. Your videos are a great resource for fun, doable, and functional projects 🙌✨
Love these pillows. I think it would be a great idea to leave the part where the buttons are, open and could store a book in it. Or to hold remotes etc.
I made 2 triangular shaped pillows, to go with the pillowcases I had made earlier, for our bed in our travel trailer. They turned out so darn cute! Thank you for sharing your skills with us!
Yes I used cotton fabric. The fabric name I used is "Home Essentials". It is decorator fabric sold at Joann Fabrics and Crafts. Thanks for watching, and happy sewing. 😍
Thank you Sherrill! Beautiful pillows! I have a question about the first pillow. You said to sew the top and bottom together with a 1/4” seam allowance. But at the corner you said to stop sewing 1/2” from the corner before turning the fabric. Did you mean to say to sew with a 1/2” seam allowance?
Hi Mary Jo. I miss spoke. If you use a 1/4" seam on the pillow sides, then stop 1/4" from the corner and turn the pillow to continue stitching on the next edge. If you use a 1/2" seam on the pillow sides, then stop 1/2" from the corner and turn the pillow to continue stitching on the next edge. Thanks for watching, and happy sewing. 😍
When your doing your seams not sure if you need 1/4 or 1/2 inch . Sorry I think I just didn’t understand what you meant. As I sure you mentioned both. Sorry for being silly.. thank you for you help and understanding

Beautiful pillows! Did you use cotton fabric for your pillows? I'll have to try this, thanks!

Hi Sheryl! Thank you for all your tutorials. What would the measurements be for a 14 inch pillow?
At the beginning she said 16".
The final size of the finished square should be 14 1/2". Use a 1/4" seam. Thanks for watching, and happy sewing. 😍
Hi Sherrill! Can you tell me where you purchased the aqua striped fabric? Thanks! :)
Hi Debbie. I purchased it from Joann Fabrics and Crafts. Thanks for watching, and happy sewing. 😍

Good question. I believe she misspoke. I’m wondering if sewing a 1/2” seam allowance would work, instead of taking the time trim off 1/4”?
Hi Mary Jo. I miss spoke. If you use a 1/4" seam on the pillow sides, then stop 1/4" from the corner and turn the pillow to continue stitching on the next edge.
