Great, it's very easy and delicious. It also saves well for the next day in the fridge. When I reheated the lasagna I did put some additional sauce on top.

May I make one small suggestion? Pour that water into the sauce jar first and shake it around and you will get more out of that jar and not waste anything.

Whats in the tortellini you're using?
This one is a cheese tortellini. It's what takes the place of the ricotta cheese in the lasagna. Good question! Peter
