I used to work with some Filipino ladies and they were so kind to me. Not only did they introduce me to this Pancit (and lumpia, which I am also obsessed with), but they invited me to their social club for dances. It was such a wonderful experience. I’m so excited to make this, I had no idea it was this simple!!
My Filipino landlady sat down with me and showed me step by step how to make pancit and lumpia and more. She was so nice to me. Thank you Olympia Reyes.
I was introduced by my coworkers as well. Was invited to one of their parties. They are the most kindness & inviting culture you will ever meet ❤ I love Pancit & Adobo 😊
Girl, I followed this recipe yesterday for a Filipino friend for Father's day. I'd never even had it before but he said I knocked it out the park. Thank you! (I did add more veggies so thank your mama for me to lol)
I have made pandit 2 times from watching your video, and mine came out way better the 2nd time than the first. Thank you for making it so easy to follow. 😊
OMG!!! My favorite Filipino dish. My stepmother is Filipino. I spent a month in the Philippines when I was 14. Most amazing vacation ever! Thank you for this recipe.
Amazing vid sis, Pancit was one of the most popular dishes when I was Navy...Sooo good. I remember the cabbage, carrots and onions in Pancit noodles. We were military, on a good day, they add shrimp but we didn't have access to the chicken. That $5 dollar chicken is amazing. I don't have Costco, close to me, but Walmart sells that same, rotisserie chicken. My mom would throw as many veggies as possible in a dish...she was an expert cooking chimichangas Yes, I use that whole garlic too...I always use more, fresh garlic than the recipe says... Great vid👍🏾
I use Napa cabbage, shredded carrots, green onions, snow peas, chopped garlic and chicken thighs or pork. I sometimes add shrimp too. Instead of oyster sauce, I use Hosein (spelling) sauce. Your pancit looks so delicious!
I love making pancit. I recently tried the shredded roasted ckn thinking it would save time. It did save time, but the chicken got so shredded with all the mixing that it blended so well with the noodles and there were no longer chicken pieces. My preference is to go back and stir fry chopped chicken breast as I liked the way it turned out, and just as my mom and Lola always made it. But, great job and thanks for helping to share our recipes!
I had that problem too...After you mix the ingredients, throw that Costco/Walmart rotisserie chicken at the very end... otherwise, too soon and it will lose texture and be mushy👍🏾
Thank you for sharing! My dad tried pancit for the first time. He loved it. Now he wants more!😊 I'm looking forward to trying your recipe! Do you have a recipe for Pork Adobo? When I was pregnant, a co-worker made it for me. Omg, that turned out to be one of my craving😄. I want to learn how to make it. Thank you again!❤
The minute you talked about 2 cloves of garlic meaning 5, you had me! If I see any recipe calling for one or two cloves of garlic I immediately shut it down and click NEXT!
Angela, you’re adorable. Your so on point about if recipe calls for 2 garlic cloves what that means 5! 😂 Loved that you make it a certain way but I can make it my way just don’t change the sauce. I use Super Q Golden Bihon noodles but think in the future I will go with rice vermicelli. Its just easier to cook. And I must say I did think not enough veggies in todays recipe. So definitely in agreement with your mom. Never enough veggies. I will certainly subscribe to you cause you make cooking Filipino food fun . End note: Never ever go to Costco without getting there $5.00 Turkey oops sorry I mean chicken on steroids! 🤭
I'm so lazy I just use precut veggies (cabbage, carrots). I love the OLD OLD recipe, street food pancit, it's gotten so fancy now. I just love how it tasted then
i bought the same brand noodle, but why my noodle breaking a lot, your doesn't seem to break. still taste good but i like my noodle not breaking. do you know other pancit bihon noodle brand that doesn't break easy. thank you
Can you recommend a brand for dark soy sauce? At my local grocery store the only have soy sauce, lite sodium soy sauce, spicy and sweet soy sauce but nothing specifically labeled “dark” soy sauce.

Aww how sweet...I've found Filipinos are so hospitable

My family would garnish it with lemon. So good.

@@77deltadawn Great minds think alike!!
Ummmm.. wow easy
Mom, how many vegetables should I put in?
Mom: "ALL OF THEM!"
Looks good, I’ve made it but I used a bag of coleslaw much easier

Wow very similar food here in Indonesia. But we called it Bihun.
I'm so lazy I just use precut veggies (cabbage, carrots). I love the OLD OLD recipe, street food pancit, it's gotten so fancy now. I just love how it tasted then
I just purchased pantcit it cost me 2023 $10.00 I'm going to make it thank you
“ if they only put the directed amount of garlic in the recipe, they don’t love you “. lol!! I agree!!!
Thank you so much I’m about to head out to the store question what is the difference between dark soy sauce and regular soy sauce?
Dark soy sauce really is more for that rich dark color without having to add a ton of soy sauce.
Howe many ounces of rice noodles is that bag? Thank you so much!
Can u use fish sauce, which do prefer? Oyster or fish?
I've been watching dozens of videos of Pancit recipes and it looks simple enough but I'm still scared I will mess it up xD
Enough garlic to wake up Dracula, lol
I appreciate you very much
You are so dramatic and your pancit looks great. TYVM
Haha haha thank you 😊
yummy pancit
Yum! I can't wait to try it out
That looks good! 👍
i bought the same brand noodle, but why my noodle breaking a lot, your doesn't seem to break. still taste good but i like my noodle not breaking. do you know other pancit bihon noodle brand that doesn't break easy. thank you
I couldn’t get the oyster sauce, is there any other sauce I can replace with? I made my pancit without oyster sauce, and I think it’s not the same :c
Masarap!!!!
Can you recommend a brand for dark soy sauce? At my local grocery store the only have soy sauce, lite sodium soy sauce, spicy and sweet soy sauce but nothing specifically labeled “dark” soy sauce.
Kikkoman is what I always seen growing up.
How many ounces of bihon is needed? 8oz or 16oz?
ty!
You should be my bestie. You so prettyyyyy
Where is the nearest Costco to the island of Siargao , in the Philippines ??
2 cups broth to how much noodle?
We have a lady at work that makes me pancit, Love her !!
Super 💖
You're so gorgeous 😍
I love pancit and Filipino food
I don't have dark soy sauce so I hope it will be okay without. Wish me luck!
❤

Where do you get the noodles?
In Dallas, we have to go to an Asian market....I never seen these noodles at Walmart or Costco.
Yeah in AZ we have to go to H Mart / Lee Lee's international Market (Asian Super Market)
I had to add more stock because it was dry with only a couple cups.
I think the rotisserie chicken will change the taste. A time saver for sure, but I was disappointed when you said that.
You and my sub at the 'mo garlic'
It’s actually pronounced “bancit” 😊jk
Mine comes out too dry
What if your boyfriend is a vampire and can't eat garlic
Its Not Pronounced Panset…Its Pronounced Panseet! Got It? Good!
Cant watch with your hair everywhere 😢
I get it! I was cooking just for myself! Rest assured my hair is always tied back outside of filming!!
I'm with you about the garlic, I love pancit, thanks for showing this recipe.
what kind of noodles are you using?
