Does the fact that that post workout meals protein a big chunk of it is coming from the rice ie. a ln incomplete protein, would pairing this with EAAs / lycine be needed ? Cheers mate love your stuff
if you are someone who is going to need more than 1000g of CHO to fill out in a day, doesn't it make more sense to spread it out over multiple days? For my first show of the year I loaded Wednesday and Thursday with the idea that I'd clean up on Friday or do whatever depending on how full I was. Well it ended up being another really high day. So for my next show I decided to start carbing up 3 days prior to Friday. I hit the mark for both shows but fitting all the food in a short period of time makes me a little more worried about hitting the mark without distention.
When you’re calculating macros for a plan do you count protein that is coming from carbs soured as well or just the protein for protein macros ??

No we just count all the macros and standardize it like that
