Deleting Recycle bin is like trying to eat yourself. Because when you delete something, it moves it to the recycle bin... but, what you're deleting _IS_ the recycle bin.

WSL probably lets you delete the Recycle Bin while PowerShell does not because WSL is the entire damn linux kernel running inside the windows kernel with the drive mounted as a filesystem. It's a completely different set of permissions that doesn't really translate - I'm able to modify basically every file on my Windows drive from my Linux drive with very little restrictions for the same reason.

When you delete the recycle bin, it restores it self because it moves it self in itself, so it moves it in the recycling bin, but since it is the recycling bin, it cant. And if you find a way to delete the recycling bin with things inside of it, it would go out back to where its original file location was.

what if you link Recycle Bin to the Windows folder, basically turning Windows into a recycle bin that you can actually properly access
The realization hit me hard.
At the beginning of the video, what the hell do you mean by recyclifying Windows? Are you going to drop a recycle bin into itself and watch the OS supernova?
