WSL probably lets you delete the Recycle Bin while PowerShell does not because WSL is the entire damn linux kernel running inside the windows kernel with the drive mounted as a filesystem. It's a completely different set of permissions that doesn't really translate - I'm able to modify basically every file on my Windows drive from my Linux drive with very little restrictions for the same reason.

I managed to corrupt a theme to have stretched fonts, and I had once corrupted a theme so that nothing would appear other than the windows that were open before the theme was applied. All of this occurred in Windows 7. Can you take a look at themes, and corrupt them, please?
Linix gives you ultimate power, and with windows you need 2 separate porgrams to do stuff like this. Now you have to learn binary and talking directly to the computer to do what you want
