Dear Kong, I read about this error in the Servo Manual. It says potential cause is "motor is running" It's corrective action is - Turn off the motor. Another potential cause is Analog input contact does not correctly return to zero. You have to Measure and check if the voltage level of analog input contact is the same as the electrical potential of grounding. In that case, Correctly ground analog input contact. If this does not resolve the error, please contact Delta customer care
