How come the CX PLC programmer works with the servo controller? Are the servo controller commands standardized or can you configure them in the CX programmer? Oh I see you control the servo controller with a PLC you programmed. Can the PLC programmed to send a configurable number of step impulses to the servo driver when an input signal (like the Z signal from encoder) is received? I'm thinking this can be used for servo/spindle positioning

Where do you see the NC, in the program or on the hardware?
NC generally refers to the state of the contacts, normally closed contacts. There is also a normally open contact NO.
On the hardware... if you look at the plc, you will see when you hard wire your plc you have your terminals are labelled "+", "-", "COM", "01", etc but there are also ones labelled "NC"... what is the purpose of that terminal?
@@lct9031 I get it, the NC you said refers to the empty terminal.
Your PLC housing is shared by multiple models. The model you use does not use that terminal, so it is marked as NC.
No wires need to be connected to that terminal.
How we can control the speed ?
Using PWM or Digital Output ?
And at which pin we have to send the signal.
To control the speed of the motor, you only need to adjust the pulse output frequency (adjust the frequency storage unit data in the "SPEED" command, D100 in the video).
The pulse output is used here.
The speed signal can be output by 100.00 and the direction signal by 100.02.

Because this is its dedicated port for pulse output.
