So glad I got to experience the 80's and 90's. It was a magical time, looking back it seems unreal. People talked to each other, you had friends who cared, the clothes were outrageous, singing and dancing in the streets, feeling free and that it would never end. I feel sad for this last generation.
I grew up with this man from his very early backing vocal days and still adore his music. I saw him many times in concert an knew from when I first heard him that he would be a superstar.

So glad I got to experience the 80's and 90's. It was a magical time, looking back it seems unreal. People talked to each other, you had friends who cared, the clothes were outrageous, singing and dancing in the streets, feeling free and that it would never end. I feel sad for this last generation.

I grew up with this man from his very early backing vocal days and still adore his music. I saw him many times in concert an knew from when I first heard him that he would be a superstar.

I love how effortlessly Luther could mix genres together. this song is such a great example of that. He is terribly missed.
Memories of my best friend and her bf picking me up in his turquoise VW Beetle with my bf in the backseat, driving around, signing, laughing, and loving, we listened to the album on repeat that Summer and it takes me back every time.If you read this, Kirsty, I still think of you!
