    Ingredients:
    🔶 1 1/2 cups Curd
    🔶 1 tsp Oil
    🔶 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
    🔶 1 tsp Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
    🔶 2 Green Chillies (finely chopped)
    🔶 8-10 Curry Leaves
    🔶 1 tsp White Urad Dal (washed)
    🔶 1 Medium-Sized Onion (sliced)
    🔶 Salt
    🔶 4-5 Cloves of Garlic (crushed)
    🔶 1 tsp Haldi Powder
    🔶 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
    🔶 Coriander Leaves
    Method:
    🍚 Heat oil. Once the oil is hot, add Mustard Seeds (Rai), Jeera, Green Chilli, Curry Leaves, and Urad Dal. Sauté for a while.
    🍚 Add Onions and mix well.
    🍚 Add Salt and Garlic. Sauté until it becomes light brown.
    🍚 Add Haldi & Red Chilli Powder and mix well.
    🍚 Cook for a few seconds and turn off the gas.
    🍚 Whisk the curd properly and add the mixture once it reaches room temperature.
    Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with Steamed Rice or Chapati.
