I learnt so much and slowly started incorporating your techniques in my cooking.. The first recipe of yours l tried was 'Railway aloo sabzi'. I also tried dhaba style paneer do pyaaza, gajar matar sabzi, pani puri.. Thank you ❤
I tried it and it turned out super good. The only change I did was I neither fried potatoes nor boil them I allowed them to cook in the base and believe me taste went inside the potatoes as I forked them a bit. The dish was finger licking good. Thank you so much for sharing even the minor details
