For example, immigration, customs, police and security forces etc. those stakeholders work together at the airport. If a passenger has a complaint, since there is a stakeholder who receives the complaint, if the passenger reports it and finds it to be true, action will be taken up to dismissal. But since you didn't report it, the claimant may not know about your problem. If you apply even if you are still where you are, the money may be returned to you, so try it.
