Thats aseana and some called it bay city. The buildings there are new but the height is limited due to restriction imposed by caap as the place is near the airport. Unlike Makati, Araneta City, bgc and other cbds in the metro manila.

Although there are a lot of modern buildings in Metro Manila compared to Kigali, it is far cleaner than a lot of places in Metro Manila to be honest, even in the residential areas that looked like slums. Maybe people in Manila should learn a thing two from people of Kigali when it comes to cleanliness? I've been to Rwanda in 2022 by the way and it is cleaner in comparison to other African cities, even Metro Manila.
