I’ve bought my X100F 4 years or so ago and honestly, it’s the best camera I own. Period. It’s also the one I find myself reaching out for more often and without even thinking about it. The ease of use, how small and compact it is and the fixed lens make it a no brainier for me to carry around everywhere. It’s refreshing to see a TH-camr making a video of “old” gear instead of pushing only what’s new. Kudos for that. Great video! 🙌
Still using mine, and it's still going strong. Out of all the camera I've owned, it's my all-time favorite. Light and compact, very powerful, serves its purpose, great quality, and I got it for a great price before the hype caught on.
The X100f is my daily carry camera. I love it to death and still use it for professional work. The black and whites you can get out this camera are astounding. Though I struggle with dialing in color in camera, that just means there's all the more room to grow.
over the last year, i've been shooting, experimenting, and falling in love with film, and i've been super curious about shooting digital while still getting that "film-like" feel. with the rise of the x100v and it being sold out everywhere, i've been looking into and researching for some alternatives! this video was beautifully filmed and extremely informative. thank you!
I love when new cameras come out, because it means that there will be a lot of second hand cameras to choose from 😂. I’m only doing photography as a hobby and posting on Instagram, I don’t need the latest and greatest. I think even if a camera is 7-8 years old the technology behind it is still good.

Yeah, that sucks. Amazon and eBay have buyer protections in place, though you'll usually pay a higher price on those. For me, other marketplaces aren't worth the risk.
Yeah, Fb is not a good site for shopping, things from China, poor quality and receiving something totally different, for example Santa’s outfit instead of sport shoes ;D in Poland it’s everyday story and You can’t contact with seller after that.
I purchased the x100f some years ago and loved it but ended up selling it because of the fixed focal length. I recently purchased the x100s from mpb and they sent me a x100v for some reason! Long story short I will always love the x100 series cameras. The film sims and simplicity of shooting gives you an experience I have never gotten from using any other camera.
So, you ordered an X-100s and received an X-100v? And MPB haven't asked for it back? Have you ever thought you might be blessed? Take my advice, start doing the lottery immediately.
x100f is perfect. the V came out months after I bought the F and I remember feeling so bummed out but in hindsight I'm so happy this is the camera I have from this series. It's the perfect "just get out there and shoot" camera
I bought an X100F to get back into photography about a year ago. Completely sold me on Fujifilm digital photography. I bought an X-T4 recently, but my X100F is still my take-everywhere camera. Channels like yours inspired me to take the leap on both cameras! If Fujifilm decides to add IBIS on the sixth X100, I might consider upgrading, but I dont find the flip out screen or sharpness of the new 23mm wide open worth it for me. Love the d-pad on both cameras.
I feel you on touchscreens. The x100v's loss of the D-pad and dependence upon cellphone-like touchscreen gestures made it a non-starter for me no matter the improved lens. My 100f renewed in me my love of photography. It (or my GR3x) is my everyday carry into the world whether I'm on a neighborhood walkabout or travelling cross-country.
What gestures? Why D-pad? All you need is ISO dial, shutter dial and aperture control. Set your metering method and focus method and there you go. You absolutely do not need nor d-pad, nor the gestures
Nobody, and I mean nobody asked for touch screens on cameras. I agree with that & is why I have kept my F. I always watch these videos to validate me keeping it when there's something new & shiny out there.
I've had an X100F for 4 years and I'm still very impressed with the quality of the images. My only regret is that it isn't weather-sealed. It is of course quite relevant to acquire it in 2022. Thank you for this video.
my very first Fuji camera was a used X100F bought in Nov 2020, and since then I've bought 2 more more capable Fuji cameras and thought I'd lose touch with the X100F, but then I bought a Glimmerglass 1 filter for it, stuck it on Acros, used the digital zoom, and I've been having a blast! 100% large-printable photos, even at 70mm digital zoom! Love love love it =)
I've posted two X100F photos on r/fujifilm, both using the digital zoom, one with Glimmerglass 1 filter and the other without, if you want to check out the quality that's possible straight-out-of-camera =) 1. Hey I just wanna say I really appreciate you making this video. I had the x100f at the same time you started using it back a while ago and since then I haven’t used it much since I started shooting film. I forgot how much this camera did for me and got me into photography and the passion it brought to me! Thank you
Dude love your presentation and the colors, love how calm your videos are - In an age of fast edits and shaky shots, your compositions and those long shots are a breath of fresh air - Love your content bro :)
I still use my X100S every day, and have resisted upgrading to the newer X100 versions. Simply speaking, I am happy with my 16 MP sensor. Sure 24 MP maybe better, but how much better? if you look at the differences between the F and the S, you find that the major change is the shutter speed 1/32000 instead of my 1/4000. Now, how often do you need 1/32000? The major improvement that I would maybe look for is autofocus accuracy. The X100S has a hard time focusing where I want it to. But from what I read, the newer versions have only improving for portraits faces and eyes. Well, I don't shoot people's portait. So I am good with the way I need to work with the autofocus. All the other features of my X100S are just as good as any of the other versions, MP difference excepted. Therefore, instead of spending on overpriced F, try a T which has face recognition if that is what you need. For me the X100S is still going to be with me for years to come!!!
If you want a really film like experience I would recommend an x-e2. They are relatively cheap, the colors you get out of it are amazing too! It’s a bit limited in terms of film sim options but that’s to be expected tbh. For $275 I was able to get a “new” in box version. Very good looking images paired with the sigma 30mm f1.4 and any manual lens if you’re into that!
Man even those are harder to come by in the EU rn. Fuji has not been able to ship many camera's to the EU during the pandemic, let alone anything under 1000 euro's. So even those are in high demand. Could find one for 450 usd, tested without a lens and 'it works great'... hmmm. Good tip though, really nice camera and many people love those older Fuji sensors. Just a shame the market is such a mess rn.
Wonderful, you don’t see many YT’s from Boston. Pre-COVID (before going to WFH full time), I worked in DTX and would walk around on my lunch with the X100F every day. Brought back memories. GRreat video man!
I’ll never forget a comment I read when researching the x100f years ago. Something along the lines of (to not misquote), every important photograph to me, was taken on an x100. Holds true, with a full canon suit, other fujis, the x100f has taken nearly every important photograph to me, because it is always with me. Around the house, every outing with the kids, and the fact it’s just a camera & only around a grand means I’m in the moment but also not restricted by the potential risk to the camera like I would be holding 2k-3k L glass over a lake, etc. Immensely fulfilling purchase for the last couple years
That should do the opposite. If an older camera is raising in price, buy it now at whatever price is comfortable, and sell later for probably the same price you bought it for if not more. lol trust me, I did the same with the xpro2, and ended up spending $200 more than what I originally wanted to spend, and since then the price has gone up $100 since I bought it. I fortunately did not do this with my Pentax 67, and that thing has gotten crazy high in price, I bought a near mint one as a pandemic project in 2020 for $540. I also cry every day about not buying a contaxt t3, for its now almost doubled in price from when I wanted to buy one and thought to wait for it to come back down... so ha just my two cents, if you really want it, and the camera isn't made anymore, go for it, it will increase in price regardless.
Really enjoyed this. I've owned an X100s and also X100F, and TBH I've been keeping my eye out for a X100V, but I think I might go back to the F and use it more, as I haven't really given it much love lately. It's a reminder that although there is a newer, shinier model, it doesn't necessarily mean it's better. Keep rocking this great content.
X100F inbound at your recommendation. Others had their say, but this video is perfection. I do some light photojournalism alongside writing and so often I wish I could show the readers what I saw. Now I can.
I had the original Fuji X-100 and absolutely loved it ! When I sold it I opted to go with the X-E2 and X-T2 for lens change capability. I love shooting both.
I still shoot with the first real camera I owned, my Olympus OM-10 35mm I got in 1981. I also shoot a few TLRs that are quite a bit older than I am. Age in a camera, film or digital, isn’t really a concern. Neither is image quality. The most important thing is the thing behind the viewfinder. Your photos prove that. Nice video and nice shots. And I still use my X100F. Never saw the need to get the ‘V’. I have an Olympus EM.5.2 with a handful of decent lenses to fill my craving for various focal lengths (and small package).
I used my x100f for professional travel photography. Did a whole expo about Pakistan made by my x100f. I also find the colour from the x100f more nicer than my ex XT3 (I bought a second hand XT20)
I always enjoy your photos, Faizal. I bought my X100F new just before the release of the X100V. No regrets. The X100F is a brilliant camera, great lens and I like having the built in ND filter. I also have the XT-20, but the X100F is my favorite of the two.
Use mine constantly it’s fabulous, the reality, nothing much has changed other than marketing, the lens is great the speed is more than adequate, the IMAGE QUALITY is brilliant, not a single complaint.
I couldn’t agree with you more about touch screens and the insane decision to remove the D pad. I cannot imagine using my X100F without the D pad, it would mean having to use the awkward joy stick. Seems very unnecessary, especially as you can customise the buttons on the D pad for easy access to functions.
I bought mine 2 years ago, never used my a7III since.. So people, if you thought about buying this camera on & off, go buy it. I print alot of my x100f images on my pro100s printer, its good! focal lenght? Prime all the way! Thanks for sharing this video FW :)
Well said about lack of buttons. The whole reason I got a X100F in the first place was because it had buttons and dials , instead of menu dives and screens. My Nikon Z6ii has a touch screen. But I don't use it very much. It's nice it's there but does it have to be one or the other?
Nice review. I bought the 100T years ago, precisely because I tired of carrying my heavy and large Nikon DSLR with multiple lenses. Fujifilm solved my problem One camera, light, small, one lens, slow down 'retro analog', no lens choices to make, always with me. I loved it. My T is very special to me. BUT...I reached a point a couple of years ago when I felt the need to expand my lens horizons. So I bought the X-T30. Also small, light, came with $50 15-45 (very sharp low to mid range). I enjoyed expanding my options to the wide angle. I bought a used 55-200 for those occasions I needed telephoto (rarely used but handy when I need it), and the 35 1.4 for low light (fantastic lens). I think I actually prefer the 35/50 focal length over the 23/35. Now I have a total of 5 lenses (16 2.8 and Viltrox 56, a good lens but rarely used)! Kinda back to where I was before the 100T. But I love the 35 1.4 lens and its perspective, and I've 'replaced' the 15-45 (kept in reserve) with the 16 2.8. When I travel, I travel light. So for my style of photography, I mostly carry my X-T30 with the 16 and 35. The X100T and other lenses, I'll only bring when they fit the trip. I can't predict the future, but sometimes I think I should just move on to the next 'X100 VI' and return to simple. But honestly, my X100T continues to take great photos.
I am a film shooter and have been wanting a fuji for film Sim. Bought one back in May, and I have loved every moment with this camera. Didn't even take it being 5 years old into consideration. I love it so much
Dope video man! I just picked up a x100F myself (YT algorithm doing its thing lol) looking forward to shooting with it! Also, I think it’s awesome how you chose to showcase the camera without any accessories, in its simplest form. Great work my guy!
I love my f. I’ve shot with full Frame dslrs for years, as soon as I picked this up it brought me back to when I was learning film. Plus the the colour profiles this thing has amazing.
I've been considering buying an x100F or the V for almost a year now and this video finally convinced me to do so. Just got the x100F two days ago and I'm in love. Thanks!
@@federicor9956 The lens is fixed which means it is not detachable. However I do enjoy both options, being forced to use one focal length gets you moving and seeing your shots differently. If you’re looking for a similar camera with a detachable lens I’d suggest the Fujifilm X-E3 or X-E4. The sensor in these things is incredible!!
@@scottrgarland I understand, thanks for the answer man. One last thing: is there some kind of built-in digital zoom? I like 35mm but I wouldn't want to be stuck with it all the time
@@federicor9956 Yes! There's a built in Digital Teleconverter Zoom and you can set the focus ring to being the digital zoom. However all the camera is doing is cropping in to the sensor to achieving the zoom. Or you have the option of getting the x100F teleconverter lens attachment as well.
Amen to everything you have said, Faizal. I have had many cameras and liked them all, at least initially, but this one I love. It is a joy to use. Thanks for the interesting video and striking photos.
Me and my F have a stronger bone day after day! Even I bring it to everywhere I go … coffee, work, travel, party … And so surprised, the images just get better and better, I just love it, can’t explain it!
Fully agree with you. I use my X100F very often and it gives me all I need. I never considered the X100V a useful upgrade for my needs (may be excepted for the tilt screen which makes a lot of sense for street photography), and as you say, the removal of the D-Pad is more a kind of a downgrade in fact.
For very long I was a Canon guy since I switched to the F in January 22. I fell in love at the very first moment and I never since then used my Canon anymore. What a great piece of gear still in 2022!
It will be a great camera forever because it is a great camera. No matter what tech comes out or new models it wont change. Too many people dont understand this.
Recently I learn a very important lesson: the sharpness and the features (like AF and IBIS) have not to do with good photography. Not, even in the digital camera era. I show photos taken by a very old Leica M8 with a 10mp CCD sensor and they looking amazing! For me the most important is the character of a camera or lens rather than the specs. A camera with certain character makes you more motivated to shoot better.
I’ve used the X100F as my EDC camera for a little over a year now and still LOVE it as much as the day I got it. Such a beautiful image from such a compact and aesthetically pleasing package. I also use an EOS R for video work, and occasionally photos too when I have my full kit with me; but I almost always reach for my X100F first. Everything you said in this video is spot on with my thoughts and feelings regarding this camera as well, thanks for the beautifully made video man! 😌🤙🏽📷
Just shot a whole wedding with it along side a 7dii, the bride’s favourite shots were taken using the x100f. Love mine and it’s definitely staying with me forever!
Freeing yourself from this idea that you always need the newest equipment is one of the best things that has happened to me in recent years. As I look. to invest more in the experiences I want to take pictures of rather than the equipment I use to take pictures with makes up for a better photographer experience in my case. I currently have an X-pro2 with a 23mm f2 lens (to try and get the x100 experience) and I gotta say I love it to death. I really don't see me ever getting rid of this camera. Professionally I also use a rather old body (Nikon d750) and have found it to be more than enough for what I do.
I trade my x100f with an 2nd hand Olympus E-M10m3 + 14-42 last week. I still miss my x100f but Olympus is another story that i want to experience. both of them can make happy i think.
Great insight, grateful to own one! I totally disagree that it's an ancient tech in 2022, there are amazing photographers who still use the OG X100 from 2010 to shoot photographs that make it to photo books.
Is there any big difference in the image quality between x100t and x100v? X100v it’s too expensive right now and I was wondering if is worth the wait to buy the x100v or just buy a x100t now?
I watch you since the first video came out and I'm kinda amazed how you has grown at making videos and photography itself. Your every video is another good reason to go out and shoot. Just thank you for what you're doing. It inspires a lot. Btw I was recently considering to get one of the X100F from used market but the prices in Russia start from $1000 which is kinda expensive for me right now. So I decided to stay with my trusty x-e2 and buy 23mm lens and GoPro 9, which will give more opportunities to create a content. As you said, camera is just a tool by the end of the day 👌
I used to shoot on dslr and I gotta admit that I really miss having more buttons for quick navigation when I switched to Fuji, in terms of settings especially when I’m shooting manual. That being said, I still love the colors coming straight outta Fuji. No other camera does sooc this way. I turned off my touchscreen function coz it’s not as accurate as the screen on our phone. Last but not least, thank you for giving us new content. Great stuff as always.
The thing about camera are they age like a fine wine unlike smartphone cameras. I'm still using a second hand XT2 and the only thing i want from the newer models are the settings to save individual white balance settings for each custom settings.
Love this camera … still have it and still going strong ! Excellent image quality, quick to operate, etc Love the Nd filter as I live in New Caledonia, sunny island, it is super handy. Nice video as always!
I have had the F for 4 years and love it. The upgrades to the V are likely noticeable put side by side, sharpness, evf etc. However is the F enough, yes it is. I dont feel u should change cameras unless there are significant changes to image quality, focusing etc....and then only if the former one was lacking in that area. I'm happy and sticking with the F
i wish i could justify springing for the v… if only for the tilting screen. would be so nice to have that more discreet waist-level shooting option. but my f is pretty banged up and i dont think id get enough from selling it to offset the price of the v
Of course you can use the X100F in 2022. The X100V feels better in the hands but it lacks the D-pad which has a lot of customizable buttons. I really miss them and I don't understand why they removed them in the V. It was not the case that the F was overloaded with buttons.
part of the reason why I just ordered the X-T20. From what I've researched, many of their cameras are similar in terms of image quality and specs. Since it's my first camera, I don't want to spend thousands of dollars on a camera that have a bunch of confusing features when all I need are the basics to get my feet wet
I don't think I quiet have the depth to understand your photos but there is something about them and these videos too... I feel its probably the most authentic of all the contemporary (youtube) photographers that I follow. I dont think I'd ever buy a fixed lens camera probably ever try film but I still like to see you use them. Thank you for sharing these!!
Awesome video as always man. I’m still using my 5 year old canon T7i, which is the camera I bought 5 years ago when I starred shooting. People are shocked that I’m still using it calling it ancient, but I’ve honestly grown accustomed to it and love working with it’s limitations to be more creative. I’ll definitely be upgrading at some point in the future, but I’m no rush.
I have the same camera alongside a 6D MK2 and believe me, no one can tell what photo is shot by T7i or its full frame sibling. I am using the same lenses (ok, I have invest in very expensive glass) and the only difference is the noise on very dark situations. Otherwise, the images with the right editing are looking the same. Don’t feel bad about your camera. The only limitation is the idea in our heads that our cameras are old…
Best way for people to get into photography, spend less on an older camera that almost has the specs of newer camera. There are so many hidden gems out there, if you understand the limitations. Joy of photography not specs! :)
I’m in the same 35mm question place as you. I loved the V since I had it last year but I actually just sold it and picked up a XPro3. Hoping the increase in size doesn’t grab too much attention.
Lol, I was in process of making a video about x100f and then I saw your title :) The x100f is definitely a great camera, and you proved it again with your work. Great video Faizal!
Hey man absolutely love the channel and all the content. I am just now traveling down the Fuji wormhole and trying to wrap my head around all the different models (I'm coming from canon and Sony lol). Your videos have been a ton of help. I really like the X100 series so im deciding if I should get the V, F, or T rn. Looking for something better / more interesting to use than the ZV-1 for the family and a daily fun stuff. Possibly even some of my commercial work for immediate turnarounds when the client just wants a few pics same day or for open studio sessions for our local First Fridays. Anyways I really like your point on the tactile buttons vs touch screen. That's the #1 reason I am looking at fuji for a daily carry camera alternative.
I got the X100F this year. Image quality and features are perfect for me. Actually I like the looks of the X100F better than those of the X100V. I am starting to feel tired about the "xxxx camera in 2022 worth it?" stuff (not personal), specially since we photographers can shoot with cameras 50 years old and still have fun and get great images.
Touch screen autofocus is kind of awesome, although more times than not I move the point when I don't want to. Otherwise I'm with you--I've never found a use for any of the other touch features.
Bro this is the camera my mom used when she was still a journalist. She gave it to me last year and now I’m into photographing . Can you do a quick tutorial of how to use this camera? I’m new to this area so it will be very helpful if I can get some tips on how to use this camera
I’ve bought my X100F 4 years or so ago and honestly, it’s the best camera I own. Period. It’s also the one I find myself reaching out for more often and without even thinking about it. The X100f is my daily carry camera. I love it to death and still use it for professional work. The black and whites you can get out this camera are astounding. Though I struggle with dialing in color in camera, that just means there's all the more room to grow.
Color will always be more difficult to edit, but it's also the most fulfilling when you get it just as you like it!
You’ve got great jazz!
over the last year, i've been shooting, experimenting, and falling in love with film, and i've been super curious about shooting digital while still getting that "film-like" feel. with the rise of the x100v and it being sold out everywhere, i've been looking into and researching for some alternatives!

my favorite part about seeing new equipment drop

The time is now! It's never too late to start :)
try out the different film simulations from fujixweekly they are awesome (my fav is Portra 160 for sunny days)
Have you been shooting? How do you like the camera!?
I just bought an F from Facebook, paid, got scammed & blocked. Bank didn't refund me... Left a bitter taste in my mouth, but I still want one
If it was in Norway the bank would have returned it as scam if u could prove it. I've done it before. Even had my card stolen when i was training anf someone used it to pay for a game on their PlayStation 😅😅
how much did you pay?
Yeah, that sucks. Amazon and eBay have buyer protections in place, though you'll usually pay a higher price on those. For me, other marketplaces aren't worth the risk.
if buying on facebook, always pay after you received the product 😭
Yeah, Fb is not a good site for shopping, things from China, poor quality and receiving something totally different, for example Santa’s outfit instead of sport shoes ;D in Poland it’s everyday story and You can’t contact with seller after that.

Wow what luck! That’s awesome
x100f is perfect. the V came out months after I bought the F and I remember feeling so bummed out but in hindsight I'm so happy this is the camera I have from this series. It's the perfect "just get out there and shoot" camera
Also the picture at 7:14 is insane ❤❤

I've never really played around with the digital zoom on the X100F or V, but now I'm curious!
What about the old x-t10 and x-t1?
Immensely fulfilling purchase for the last couple years
That steady rising price is what's stopping me from investing in one. Great captures, as usual.
I bought x100t few months ago, and compared to my a6600 it's so slow, but still so fun to use, love it
Really enjoyed this.
Now I can.
Loving your colour grading. The scenes in the city are very nice, would like to know your process? Thanks mate.
Thanks man! I've made a video on this recently!
Yes Faizel, I'm rocking the X100F and recently bought a downgrade XE-1, less is more and makes us more intentional as photogs. All the best dude.
Thanks!
Hey can I ask if the lens is detachable from the body? Or does the lens come welded together with the body? I'd prefer to put a 50mm on it
@@federicor9956 The lens is fixed which means it is not detachable.
Or you have the option of getting the x100F teleconverter lens attachment as well.
what ultimately made you decide to go with the F over the V? I'm currently debating between the two and the V is on backorder everywhere. Thanks!
Amen to everything you have said, Faizal. I have had many cameras and liked them all, at least initially, but this one I love. It is a joy to use. Thanks for the interesting video and striking photos.
What a lovely surprise this notification was; good to see you back, Faizal!
Did you film the street clips with this camera as well?
Me and my F have a stronger bone day after day! Even I bring it to everywhere I go … coffee, work, travel, party … And so surprised, the images just get better and better, I just love it, can’t explain it!
Fully agree with you. I use my X100F very often and it gives me all I need. I never considered the X100V a useful upgrade for my needs (may be excepted for the tilt screen which makes a lot of sense for street photography), and as you say, the removal of the D-Pad is more a kind of a downgrade in fact.
that image at 2:47 is amazing, you captured so much going on plus its in a reflection, SUPER cool
I upgraded to the X100V and didn't see any real changes in image quality to my X100F, so I returned it and went back to X100F. No regrets.
I still have my Canon S95 from March 2011; the camera that started it all for me. thank you for this video.
Having a High end camera Depends on Your needs and so on ...
Completely agree. I really love the X100 cameras. Any one of them.
Great insight, grateful to own one! I totally disagree that it's an ancient tech in 2022, there are amazing photographers who still use the OG X100 from 2010 to shoot photographs that make it to photo books.
I've had my 100F since it was first released and it this my daily driver to this day. i love it and has been my best friend since,
I have the x100t for it for a steal and it’s my starter camera I’m new to photography and the image quality is still amazing !
Is there any big difference in the image quality between x100t and x100v? X100v it’s too expensive right now and I was wondering if is worth the wait to buy the x100v or just buy a x100t now?
Definitely agree with the sentiment on touch screens, have touch turned off on all my cameras
Good to hear I'm not alone lol
I love my x100f, I got the wcl and the tcl as well it's been a nice addition
Little racap for fuji F you want the 35 mm look you need to buy a 21 mm lens since your crop factor is 1.6
I'm considering getting X100F for a new project... Wondering how it will look like in military olive green and matte black, Leica reporter style🤔
Got a used x100T for about 430$ and couldn't be happier, the colors and noise texture is amazing!
Wow didn’t realize the x100f was still going for so much. Super happy that I found a used x100v last week with a bunch of accessories for $1000
I watch you since the first video came out and I'm kinda amazed how you has grown at making videos and photography itself.
I'm still using a second hand XT2 and the only thing i want from the newer models are the settings to save individual white balance settings for each custom settings.
thx a lot for this video. I am absolutely on your side. Have the X100F too and enjoy it a lot 😊
I have it and love it … this is the only camera I will take on my next trip to Europe. Travel light as possible!
Thanks for the video, I enjoyed it very much and liked how calm you are 😊
Love this camera … still have it and still going strong !
Excellent image quality, quick to operate, etc
Love the Nd filter as I live in New Caledonia, sunny island, it is super handy.
Nice video as always!
When it comes to image quality I'd guess that the new lens makes more of a difference than the new sensor or processor.
no difference between my D800 and my new Z7ii and I have some really good glass
An AF joystick is a game changer, though.
@@balboa0621 tbh I don’t really mind not having it. The d-pad will be just fine
@@melojpegg
It is...until you try the joystick. Once you use a joystick, it's virtually impossible to go back.
I like the color of your video. May I ask what the camera you using to take the video?
A wonderful video as always! Love your work so much dude... always killing it.
Always love your work Faizal! Thank you for sharing.
That's so kind of you to say! Thank you!
you're finally back!! missed your vlogs:))
💙
Great video Faizal! I hope your remark on removing physical buttons hits home at Fuji and that they (and other manufacturers) are listening.
The only limitation is the idea in our heads that our cameras are old…
Love the look man! Thought of Seinfeld when I first saw those city shots - well done.
Its a GREAT camera! I gave mine to my daughter...I'm using the xe-2 and love it! THANK YOU for another great video...
Best way for people to get into photography, spend less on an older camera that almost has the specs of newer camera. There are so many hidden gems out there, if you understand the limitations. Joy of photography not specs! :)
Okay micro four thirds
And there are plenty of great old digital cameras out there to choose from!
I’m in the same 35mm question place as you. I loved the V since I had it last year but I actually just sold it and picked up a XPro3. Hoping the increase in size doesn’t grab too much attention.
Nice video man. Great job!!!!
Lol, I was in process of making a video about x100f and then I saw your title :) The x100f is definitely a great camera, and you proved it again with your work. Great video Faizal!
Haha 😆 Thanks man!
You nailed it! Superb video / Ulf
Camera quality is one but I really believe that it always comes down to the skills/photographer 👌🏻
Really love the shot at 2:51
Touch screen autofocus is kind of awesome, although more times than not I move the point when I don't want to.
Sick Vid! As always!
One question: which film simulations u r using? Love the colors! Especially the reds and yellows and greens (7:13)
Really love camera! What camera did you use to film you during the street photography sessions? Looks lovely!!
