    Greetings from Spain. I have been following you since I got my Mevo cameras and it has been very helpful. Regarding the Mevo Pro, I think it still has many shortcomings. I have used it for streaming by combining Mevo cameras and iPhones, and apart from the difference you mentioned, it is very annoying that you cannot change image settings on the iPhone from the Mevo app. Until they change this, it is an application that I will not pay a subscription for, as I see it as something essential when using more than one iPhone for broadcasting. Congratulations on your channel.

    Hey Jason I’ve been watching your channel for several years and we finally went live for the first time yesterday at my daughters softball tournament and we had trouble with glitching during the games. I am running a Mevo start camera thru my phone and using sidelineHD. What would be the best setup for a single camera stream behind home plate? I fill like the internet connection was our biggest problem

      I agree with your assessment about internet connection. In my unscientific tests, my cell phone ALWAYS gave me the slowest continual upload streams compared to my ipad and mifi hotspot. If you’re going to use a single camera setup I’d start by adding a mifi hotspot.

    Greetings form Switzerland (Reformed Church). I think that in low light situations the Mevo Start now seems to performs better (it wasn't the case in the past. My iPhone 13 would do better). I used Mevo Start during Covid, but apart that "season", we din't stream anymore. We don't like to be an "electronic" church, we don't have long distances like in the USA. However few days ago I took again the Mevo start and I was impressed by the new Multicam software. Now I'm "tempted" to stream again special events. Thank you for your channel!!

      And thank you for the kind words. We learned a lot of things we don’t want to do in that season. But the mid-week stream just to offer encouragement seemed to be of great value.

    I just received a Meebo and it was the worst quality ever. I have no idea what I’m doing wrong, but it won’t even switch to a higher resolution setting it just doesn’t offer it as an option.

      I’d suggest either posting your issue in the Mevo Customer Group on Facebook or open a ticket with Mevo directly.

    I'm hopeful at some point we will be able to stream in 4K but to your point, I've tried streaming with the iPhone but the Mevo is far more stable.

    • @JasonHoffmanYT
      @JasonHoffmanYT  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Platforms have to start letting us send live 4k to them before anyone will push that envelope. In a mobile stream especially, this will eat through a lot of data!

    Hello Jason, thanks for all your pieces of advice. I hope you can help me. I'm doing electronics installation in model trains, right now I'm using Logi BRIO to do it, so the camera about 10 inches from my workbench capturing the model when I'm working on it. Is Mevo will bring me better quality for a very close shot. I'm using OBS to broadcast to TH-cam. Thanks, AK

      Not familiar with the BRIO webcam but the Mevo’s ability to get into tight spaces with no cables attached should be a great plus. What are the specs on the BRIO?

      I may have limited access to Switcher Studio which is for IOS only, and it allows you to remotely control multiple devices, baseball scoreboard, etc. However, looking for an alternative when I do not have the access.
